Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I agree to have no contact with ***, I have no desire to speak with her ever againHowever, I would like to make one thing very clear, I never have "stalked" her and I am highly offended that she use such slanderous terminologyKindly look up the legal definition of stalking and clearly she will see that her words are highly incorrect and not at all representative of what has taken placeI gave her plenty of notice my daughter would not be returning to school, and it was my decision to remove her from the classroom before the end of the monthThis entire matter could have been easily avoided had *** just acted in a professional manner and politely returned my email and text messagesInstead she ignored me and actually hung up the phone on meAs far as my stopping by her center, I was not aware that it was not alright with her and politely knocked on her office doorThe main door in the.center was unlocked as always so I simply asked if I could speak with her real quick and was quiet so as not to wake the childrenShe enclosed a note with my daughter's belongings that stated she would be refunding the last week of preschool to be upon my final check clearingMy check cleared over two months ago and she has been avoiding issuing a refundAgain, I agree to never speak with her again and in return she will issue my refund promptlyI am making it very clear that her accusation of stalking is entirely and only in attempt to turn attention away from her negligenceI request she not slander my name in any way nor will she discuss any personal information regarding any member of my familyI revoke her rights to use my daughter in any advertisement, social media or otherwise and any violation will result in legal ramificationsAs far as I am concerned, if she does what she is supposed to do, this matter will be resolved. Sincerely,*** ***

2015)[redacted] states that I canceled preschool several times and did not prorate the tuition; this is not atrue statement, I canceled preschool for one week because I had pneumonia, that week will voluntarilybe made up at the end of the school year (June 18-24). [redacted] was told that even though I do not haveto make up the week as per the tuition agreement; I am willing to do so. She chooses not to attend.(See enclosed FB posts) I only canceled preschool one other time because the toddler teacher did notshow up and I had to take that class. According to the tuition agreement that [redacted] signed, tuition ischarge the same regardless. (''There is no credit given for vacation, scheduled school holidays, teacherin service days, child illness, or for closures due to emergency situations, inclement weather or acts ofGod") -see signed tuition agreement enclosedAs far as [redacted]'s text about being angry that I held preschool on President's day and didn't tell her, there were 3 other parents that were not in the room when I made the announcement, they were notangry that they didn't get a call about class, and they are still here. I am sorry she didn't get a call, it wasan oversight and not done on purposeThe agreement also states that under Early Withdraw. "two weeks written notice is required whenIwithdrawing a child for any reason. If the proper notice is given, any unused tuition will be refundedwithin 60 days of the withdrawal. If the required notice is not given, parents will be charged tuition for
two additional weeks." [redacted] did NOT give me two weeks' notice. Again [redacted] signedthis statement. Also in the tuition agreement it states the any unused tuition will be refunded within 60 days. [redacted]started stalking (yes I am saying stalking) me within a few weeks of leaving. I offered her ONE weekrefund as a jester of goodwill as she was not entitled to any refund. She sent me multiple texts and FBmessages demanding that I give her TWO weeks and one day, (copy of texts and FB posts included) andeven showed up unannounced -see next paragraph - when I was in a classroom and could not leave theclassroom to demand I pay her. I became very uncomfortable and blocked her from contacting me.(This is an excerpt from the parent handbook that talks about clients reentering the building:The parents and child, following their last day of enrollment, are not permitted to re-enter agencyproperty without prior permission of the Center Director and or Billing Department. A withdrawn childand his/her parents are required to call and request an appointment with the Center Director I BillingDepartment if they wish to return to agency property following the last day of enrollment at LibertyLearning Centers Inc .. Appointments are made at the discretion of the Center Director I BillingDepartment and are not a right of the withdrawn child or parent. (I even tried to set up an appointmentwith [redacted] the last time she called, she stated that she didn't need to talk to me about anything, thatwas on a Friday, her appointment with me was on the next Monday at 1:30-she never showed up)The 60 day mark was April 23, [redacted] started demanding payment in early March; and I was still withinmy 60 day window when this complain was made.[redacted] states that my 'center is unorganized, she has comingled children of several ages", thisstatement is not true. In her daughter's class the ages are thirty months to 5 years (2 Yz to Syears) as perWAC [redacted]. She knew that from the beginning of the school year and never voiced concernbefore. (and if this was the case then the day the toddler teacher did not come to work I would have notcanceled the preschool class: I would have just comingled toddlers and preschoolers - her logic doesn'tmake sense)As for her daughter not learning anything that is [redacted]'s opinion, however I beg to differ: [redacted] didindeed know the letters of the alphabet, but I taught her the phonics, and when [redacted] was pulled fromclass, she was reading what is called vowel blends .. BA BE Bl BO BU et al. this is the beginning of reading, something that [redacted] was not teaching her daughter until I showed her how. Some things that [redacted] did not state in her complaint:I provided class on Monday November 10 2014, Monday December 1 2014 AND Monday January 26,201S(at no cost to [redacted], ( I do not see her complaining that she d.id not have to pay for these THREEnon-school days) November, December, and January sign-in sheets and calendar included. The enclosedFB posts will show that [redacted] did look at the calendar and was aware that these were non-schooldays.
According to the tuition agreement [redacted] chose option 2; twice a month payment plan, withpayments due the 1st and 15thUnder Payment Schedule" There are 2 payment options listed on your contract, Monthly, due on the 1stTwo times per month, due on the 1st and 15th. The late payment fee will be charged based on thepayment schedule you have chosen (Late Payment fee is $35.00 per day)[redacted] did not make several of her payments on time. (She did ask if she could make the full paymenton the 15th of each month starting in October; however she never c~anged her contract to reflect thatchange) The January 2015 payment was 49 days late I (copies of [redacted]'s checks included) Her careshould have been terminated, but I was trying to work with her. With all the late fees and two weeks' notice, [redacted] owes me over a thousand dollars. (see enclosedbill) I am a woman of my word and had every intention of giving [redacted], ONE week back; not because it wasowed but because it was something I wanted to do until she started stalking me and demanding that Igive her double what she is NOT owed. If she breaks this offer, I will reinstatethe collections notice. By Washington state law I have three years to collect.
