Review: I have purchaed and paid upon order for light fixtures to my apartment.It took 3 months for the fixtures to partially being delivered. One of the fixtures came with a broken lead which we reported upon discovery. I was promissed that withing two weeks I'll get a new lead/cover. It has been 10 weeks. I called and left messages, I emailed, I faxed and no one called me back. At one point I got hold of [redacted] who promised an answer the same day in the pm hours. I am yet to hear from him.In my e mail I said that if there is no response I will complain to the B.B.B. I gave them another week but untill today no response and no lead /cover to which I paid in November 2012.Desired Settlement: I want to receive the cover and have a technician of the company to install it.

Review: I placed an order on July 3, 2013 with Liberty Lighting. At the time of the order I was told some items were not in stock with Lightolier and would take three weeks to ship. The order was paid for in full on July 8, 2013. After three weeks, I followed up with the owner, my contact, and was told he would have a shipping date that day (July 24). I did not hear back from him and followed up the following week. I was subsequently told the light housings were in stock but not the trims. I had left multiple messages (email and phone) for the owner through September 20 to at least receive the parts I was told were "in stock," which received no response. In a September 20, 2013 comunication I suggested I was about to dispute the charge on my credit card. The owner immediately responded with an excuse of health issues, a request to please continue to work with him, and promised to work with me to fulfill the order. Part of the order was delvered on September 25. By October 10, after no communication and multiple attempts at contact requesting an update on the remaining order was told I would have part of the remaining order in late October and the owner woul provide "temporary trims" that would work with the housings, but were mismatched and not what I had ordered, as the ones I ordered were still allegedly not it stock. The temporary trims were delivered on November 7, 2013 and installed in my home. I have been trying to contact Liberty Lighting multiple times since for an update on the purchased but not yet delivered trims but have not received any response from Liberty Lighting. Eventually, in January 2014 I received a "failure notice" to a follow up email stating that the Libertyltg email address was temporarily disabled. I called the and got a recording that the phone number had been changed. The recording provided a new number. I left a voicemail at the new number which was never returned. I've tried calling the new number and now recieve a message that the number is not in service.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the portion of the order that was unfulfilled ($883.25).

Review: On April 29, 2013 I made two orders with Liberty Lighting, one for $3537.10 and one for $2001.38. [redacted] President insisted I pay up front and our interior designer said she had work with him for years and there were no problems. The delivery date was approximately 8 weeks. Our designer and I kept getting the run around but at the end of July received the first order. [redacted] kept giving various excuses on the second order and when our designer checked with the suppliers of the second order, she found it had never been placed. [redacted] no longer returns calls or opens the door to his office.Desired Settlement: I want my $2001.38 back.
