Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is unresolvedTo expect me to just pack up and move after I just moved here a few short months ago is absurdI offered to demonstrate that the new washer or dryer was also damaging my clothes and towels but they refused to even considerI used to be a landlord myself and the common sense thing to do with the old washer and dryer was to ask a manufacturer certified tech to just fix the old one rather than pay over to replace itThen when I complained about the new one since the new one is under warranty would be again to call the manufacturerBut rather than to do something inexpensive like that, the management company decides to replace the new washer and dryer(which is above and beyond but absurd), then ask me to break the lease which is very expensive to the management company and unfair to meA simple fix on the old washer or dryer would've probably have solved the problemTo add a snide remark that I said I prefer a non agitator washer is taking things out of contextI would rather drive a BMW than my little economy car, but it doesn't' mean I wouldn't drive an economy carSame with a washer machine; I'd prefer to have a non agitator washer machine but never said I wouldn't accept one that has an agitatorI just want machines that don't shred my clothesI have plenty of clothes and towels and bedding I've saved that we harmed by both the new and old set of washer or dryerI am now paying for co op laundry which I am not just doing for the fun of itThe only person that ever tested the old washer and dryer was their general maintenance manNobody from the manufacturer has ever been involvedSince the new ones are under warranty why not protect your investment and ask them to look at it? On August 6, the resident submitted a Service Request for washing machine and dryer in his apartment He stated that the washing machine made a squealing noise and damaging his clothes On that same day a ServiceTech inspected that machine and made some adjustment for the noise The Tech was unable to find any issues witheither the washing machine or dryer that would cause damage to his clothes.On August 13, the resident submitted another Service Request for his washing machine Hestated that the washing machine was still squealing and either the washing machine or dryer was damaging his clothesWe scheduled to have his washer and dryer replaced with a brand new set The new set was delivered on August19, 2015.On September 5, the resident submitted a Service Request for his new washer and dryer Hestated that the new washer and dryer is damaging his clothes Resident stated in his Service Request thathe had money coming soon and would most likely pay the Lease Termination Fee.On September 8, Liberty Management Group reached out to the resident We informed the residentthat we did not know what else to do in regards the washer and dryer since we provided him with a brand new set Hestated that he would have preferred a washing machine without an agitator We offered to release him from our Lease Agreementand waive the Lease Termination fee The resident has so far declined the offer

Liberty Management did a horrible job managing our community2010, 2011, 2012, are years to check your associations bank statements and cleared checks with this companyJosh was rude to community members that would inquire about community detailsAlso check your associations taxes

Then when I complained about the new one since the new one is under warranty would be again to call the manufacturer. But rather than to do something inexpensive like that, the management company decides to replace the new washer and dryer(which is above and beyond but absurd), then ask me to break the lease which is very expensive to the management company and unfair to me. A simple 150.00 fix on the old washer or dryer would've probably have solved the problem. To add a snide remark that I said I prefer a non agitator washer is taking things out of context. I would rather drive a BMW than my little economy car, but it doesn't' mean I wouldn't drive an economy car. Same with a washer machine; I'd prefer to have a non agitator washer machine but never said I wouldn't accept one that has an agitator. I just want machines that don't shred my clothes. Review: I was referred to [redacted] for a [redacted] evaluation by [redacted] and they did not do the proper evaluation. They didn't even realize they didn't do the proper evaluation for almost a week. I paid them about $96.00 out of my pocket plus they're charging my insurance company. Now I have to go to another facility to get the evaluation done and pay more money out of my pocket all because they didn't do the proper thing in the first place.Desired Settlement: I would like the money back that I paid to do the evaluation which was not done properly.

Review: I brought a family member to this center on a weekend and provided a credit card to admit him until they could get insurance approval on Monday. The insurance company did approve and cover the entire stay but they still charged my credit card $1667. I have been calling them almost daily for the past month to resolve the issue. They have insisted the charge is a copay but the insurance company has indicated there should be no copay. The last contact was a week ago when they agreed to send all insurance claim documents which I have not received. All week in following up, I have been dumped into a deadzone voicemail box. I now have escalated through the insurance company who has said they will handle it and credit my card or send a check within 30 days. Hopefully that happens but I won't know for 30 days and it still does not absolve this company from wrong doingDesired Settlement: They need to credit my credit card directly / immediately to ensure this matter is resolved.
