Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I was told by the salesman that we "he got me a better interest rate, and the 48,mile warranty" I thought, "ok that's the one I wanted anyway but didn't want to pay that much" and assumed they were giving it at the same price as the one I originally agreed to3yr/mile for $Turns out they "gave" me the milE warranty but for $more than the original one I agreed toBasically I got a better interest rate but my payment didnt changeI even mentioned that my payment was the same and he said "yeah I guess it is" when my wife confronted him about it he said he explained that there was an upcharge for it and they did it so my payment would stay the sameHe absolutely never explained that meThey didn't ask me if I wanted a lower payment just went ahead and sold me a bigger warrantyI couldn't really dispute it when they delivered the vehicle as they sent a 3rd party runner who drove hoursI felt horrible at the thought of making him leave after that drive so I signed the papersMy guess is that dealer has a pretty good incentive for selling warranties so they went ahead and snuck this one in there Regards, [redacted]

I believe I already responded to this specific complaintThe Bank in question ( *** *** ) had several issues with the information provided on applicationDue to privacy issues, I do not wish to elaborateThrough much diligence and hard work from my business office, we managed to get Mr*** and his father financed with a much lower ratewe saved Mr.*** moneyWe also delivered the vehicle to Maine some and one half hours awayOur bonded runner helped register, and prepare the vehicle for Mrand Mrs***

As General Manager of Liberty Mazda, each and every customer issue is extremely importantThe financing institution had issues with our customer's proof of employment and specific incomeMy Business Manager worked extremely hard to not only keep the deal together, but also get better terms
for the customer and his familyWe ended up saving them more money, and delivered the vehicle to Brownfield, Maine, some hours from our dealership.I believe we have acted very professionally with respect to the customer's needs, and specific wants. I made it clear to this customer that sometimes when credit is a challenge for both the dealership, bank, and customer, deals take timeThey cannot be hurried.We have since delivered the vehicle, and will follow up with the customer on everything pertinent to the deal

I guess my last response didn't go through correctly so here goesMy complaint is with the warrantyI initially agreed to the 3yr\36,mile warranty for $with ***When I spoke to *** on Wednesday morning he went over the terms of the loan and said "I got you a better interest rate and got you the 48,mile warranty and your payment will be 244.80" I replied "huh that's exactly the same payment as before" and he said "yeah I guess it is" later that evening when I got home I got thinking if he got me a better interest rate why didn't my payment change? I realized when I signed the papers on Thursday that I was charged $for the year warrantyDOUBLE what I was agreed to for the year warrantyWhen my wife asked *** about it, he told her he explained to me that there would be an up charge for the warranty to keep my payment the sameI signed the papers agreeing to the year only because they sent a 3rd party runner to deliver the vehicle and I felt bad if I was to turn him away after the long driveIf I were to be given the choice, I would have stuck with the year and had a lower paymentWhat *** said to my wife was 100% and I was told they're would be an up charge for the warrantyThat being said, I need to use said warranty to fix to fix both DVD players (which were a selling point for us) as neither one works, and a squealing sound in the engine

We gathered all information for Ms*** and informed her that her vehicle is *** Certified, which carries an excellent warranty with itI informed Ms*** that witha proper bank approval, we would attempt to get her into a new vehicleUnfortunately, we could not get a bank approval for Ms***. I have asked my sales manager to once again reach out to Ms*** on Thursday, December 29, 2016. We are truly trying to assist Ms***, but without any bank approvals for another loan, we are challengedI will have my Sales Manager assist me in my communication to the Revdex.comon Thursday, December 29,

This is not acceptable how they can keep the w accidents from a customer and state nothing is wrong with the vehicleYet when brought in for a knocking noise on the same side the vehicle was hit the dealership claims nothing is wrongThis dealership will continue to state nothing is wrong until the warranty runs out and then they can say they can't help no longerThis business is ridiculousThen they want to attempt to get me into another deal by scamming me into paying more to themI can not believe these thieves are still in businessI will let all media platforms knowThis is not the end of this

Dear Revdex.com, I am reviewing Ms. [redacted]' complaint regarding her purchase in March of 2016. After my review, I will respond to this complaint.

1. I was told by the salesman that we "he got me a better interest rate, and the 48,000 mile warranty" I thought, "ok that's the one I wanted anyway but didn't want to pay that much" and assumed they were giving it at the same price as the one I originally agreed to. 3yr/36000 mile for $988. Turns out they "gave" me the 48000 milE warranty but for $1000 more than the original one I agreed to. Basically I got a better interest rate but my payment didnt change. I even mentioned that my payment was the same and he said "yeah I guess it is" when my wife confronted him about it he said he explained that there was an upcharge for it and they did it so my payment would stay the same. He absolutely never explained that me. They didn't ask me if I wanted a lower payment just went ahead and sold me a bigger warranty. I couldn't really dispute it when they delivered the vehicle as they sent a 3rd party runner who drove 4.5 hours. I felt horrible at the thought of making him leave after that drive so I signed the papers. My guess is that dealer has a pretty good incentive for selling warranties so they went ahead and snuck this one in there.
