I'm writing this review to highly recommend the services of Liberty MechanicalI retained Jake at Liberty for services to install central air conditioning in our home after my wife and I bought a home in a part of town that was much hotter than we realized! We needed serious help with overhaul of our duct work and wanted someone we could trust
Along comes Jake with LibertyAfter a consultation where he politely ran us through our choices, informing us of energy efficiencies (giving us quite an education!), we decided on our packageHe was back a few days later in a great mood (even on an EXTREMELY hot day to be in our attic) and set to his prompt, diligent, and thorough task
He went the extra mile, never slowing down, doing a job that was noticeably superior to so much of the work done by the folks who flipped our house before we bought it
He left things cleaner then when he got here He personally called days later to make sure we were satisfied, offering to come over and explain anything we might have questions with

Arrived promptly on time as promised and performed the work in timely manner Technician was professional and explained in detail the work necessary Upon examination and after contacting manufacturer, determined the six year old heater parts that were needed to be replaced, were covered under warranty

I contacted Liberty Mechanical around second week of July Jake, the owner came to my house several days afterwards for an estimate Several days later, the estimate came in and it was very reasonable Of importance was the fact that I had to have the AC install for my wife's baby shower on July 30th That was my biggest concern
Liberty assured me that it will be completed by then and I was a little nervous as the work wasn't scheduled to start until July 29th, one day before the party To make the long story short, Liberty pulled some scheduling magic and was able to start my project on July 26th and completing it on July 29th
Ryan and Chris showed up at my house on the 26th and started their work These guys were marvelous They knew exactly what to do as expected from a pro The two of them were able to accomplished at least 70% of the installation with the 30% to be finished on July 29th
On July 29th, Chris and Ryan returned They spent about half a day to wrap up the installation They had the system tested and it ran flawlessly Needless to say, my wife and I were extremely happy and satisfied Chris and Ryan are the best I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Liberty Mechanical with Chris and Ryan as the premiere installation team

We were very happy with the service from Liberty Mechanical from the initial call to schedule meeting to the final handshake at the door when Jake left. Loni , from the office, was very helpful and followed up with reminders. Jake was so knowledgable. He took the time to explain what he found and how he corrected the problem. Such nice people. We will certainly recommend them and use their business ourselves again whenever the need arises.

Couldn't ask for a more professional and dedicated crew. They did a wonderful job. System operates beautifully. They showed up on time. Conducted themselves like the home was theirs. When the job was done you wouldn't even know they were here. Jake took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had politely and professionally.

Jake and the people at Liberty Mechanical installed air conditioning and a whole house fan at our house. They were professional, friendly and did what they said they would do at the time they promised. We were very happy with their service, and their prices seem to be very fair.

My York furnace quit blowing warm air. I found Liberty Mech. on Yelp and made a service appointment. Technician arrived at scheduled appoinment time and immediately proceeded to the attic to diagnose the problem. Problem was promptly diagnosed and estimate given. It was a bit pricey, but I was given a discount and they could repair same day. I accepted their estimate and part was located and installed within an hour. Furnace has been woring for over a month. Especially needed now because of cold December - January wetaher.

Excellent service throughout. Helped choose the appropriate system, multiple financing options, and installation was quick, clean, and professional.
