Do not use Liberty Medical for your Continuos Glucose Monitor suppliesIn this calendar year Liberty Mutual has shipped me out-of-warranty Dexcom CGM transmitter so that the battery ran out during useWhen I called for a replacement, I was told I was not in their system My prescription from my doctor expired My doctor was not responding to their requests (which my doctor never received) A manager was not available to talk to - they were in a meeting I was put on hold times for more than a cumulative of hours over the months Liberty stated on August *, that they could ship me more sensors, but I only needed transmitter per year (Which is untrue - a transmitter is needed every months) I went for days without a working Dexcom transmitter, putting my health at risk When I decided to switch to a different medical supplierLiberty Medical would not rescind my insurance coverage thereby allowing for me to use a new supplier The policies of this company are at best unethical, at worst criminal I strongly reccomend not using Liberty Medical

1. I was not in their system
2. My prescription from my doctor expired
3. My doctor was not responding to their requests (which my doctor never received)
3. A manager was not available to talk to - they were in a meeting
5. I was put on hold 17 times for more than a cumulative of 3 hours over the months
6. Liberty stated on August *, 2016 that they could ship me more sensors, but I only needed 1 transmitter per year (Which is untrue - a transmitter is needed every 3 months)
I went for 34 days without a working Dexcom transmitter, putting my health at risk.
When I decided to switch to a different medical supplier. Liberty Medical would not rescind my insurance coverage thereby allowing for me to use a new supplier.
The policies of this company are at best unethical, at worst criminal.
I strongly reccomend not using Liberty Medical.
