Review: I stayed there a couple of nites paid cash for the room if you pay cash it is a 30.00 depoisit but I didnt get my 30.00 dollars back checked out on tuesaday the 15th at 9:00 am have made several attempts to get my money back and everytime the lady says no. yes I know it isnt alot of money but I dont think it is fair that business can do that.

Review: On [redacted] 22, 2014 I made a telephone reservation for one night accommodation at this motel for the night July 1, 2014. The person I spoke with is named "[redacted]" . This motel does not offer a confirmation number .

On [redacted] 23, 2014 I spoke with the same person explaining my plans had changed and I needed to cancel this reservation. She said , "ok, thanks for calling".

On July 2, 2014 my credit card was changed $59.79. I called the office and was told by the same person "I don't know anything about that. You need to talk with my daughter. " I gave her my name and number and have not heard back. Emails I've written from their website to them go unanswered.

I was traveling at the time of charge and did not notice it until I arrived home on July 10, 2014Desired Settlement: I would like them to credit my Visa, the same card they charged.

We received a complaint from a customer in regards to a charge of $59.79 for a cancellation of reservation. The customer called and claimed that he had called to cancel and the manager did refund the $59.79 back onto the credit card. And depending on the bank the refund can take up to a few weeks before it is shown on their bank statements. Therefore, the issue to claim #[redacted] has be taken care of.
