I have bought VW Beetles from this lotNicest people in the world, BUT This second one that I just bought this past February, they said they fixed the passenger window, but on my way to work THE DAY I BOUGHT THE CAR, the window broke, falling into the doorI called and took the car in the next day, only to have the window pulled up and tapedIt was raining (awesome!) so the tape didn't stick, and instead they stuck cardboard in the doorIt doesn't even hold the window up anymoreIt's been two months and they won't return my phone calls or emailsI've been to the shop twice and nobody is there He kept trying to tell me that I was getting a great dealThe car had aftermarket rims and a new clutchI even let him switch the wheels with another bug so he could keep his rims, as they looked silly on a bug anyway I overpaid, I wanted the car, and they tried to tell me that VWs were priced so much over KBB value because they were VWs So grateful for the X chromosome, because I have been taken advantage ofEven being a repeat customer(Which will never happen again) Just don't buy hereThey are overpriced, and fall apart the second you drive away
This place is now known as "Three Rivers Automotive" - I advise everyone strongly to avoid this placeThey sold a vehicle that was unsafe to driveThe vehicle axle was ready to give way which would have led to loss of control which would have caused an accidentI have filed a complaint with "Three Rivers Automotive" but it is my strong opinion that this place continues to dodge bad reviewsIf you value your life over the value they try to make you think you will get by going to this place then please DO NOT go here!!
