Liberty Mutual says tha the damage to my car is unrelated to a claim reported on 10/1/2014.  For Mutual to reject a claim on which a desicion was made not to pay based on pictures taken on this date, pictures Mutual says it can no longer produce, seems suspect to say the least.  Below is the email Mutual sent to my email:

I wanted to let you know I received the photos from [redacted] today. I will review the photos with my manager ASAP. I will reach back out to you once I have spoken to her.  If you have any other questions please feel free to email me back or call me. Thank you.

I HAVEN'T HEAR FROM MUTUAL SINCE THIS EMAIL WAS LAST SENT (6 DAYS AGO).  I need for Mutual to honor the insurance I bought from the company!

Revdex.com: Sorry I was confused by the layout of your first response. As I stated, when I contacted your representative about insurance I was sure to ask about prorated months and your representative gave me bad information as he stated that there would not be any charge for cancelling insurance during winter months so that repairs could be made. He stated this would not be a problem and I would not be charged when policy was cancelled. Therefore I was misled and I will not agree to paying for something I am not using and/or making up for higher usage months when policy was cancelled and motorcycle was parked for repairs. I was clear of my intentions and your rep. was not.I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
