Liberty Mutual

Back in nov Liberty Mutual was and still is my insurance and a unit above us flooded us and they we filed a claim liberty mutual went after the subject and they received there money back and they told me this and we were not responsible I know it stays on my policy as a claim but it should be listed as a subrogation claimI had another experience with a different unit owner in jan of and it is listed right this claim from they did not list right
