Review: I recently went to liberty to get some gas I have been buying gas there since they opened for business,my wife went in to pay for gas on pump six I waited for a few minutes at witch point I removed the nozzle from the pump pushed the grade button at which point the pump zeroed out and I turned the pump on latched the lever to hold the pump on. I then fielded a call from my son calling to get picked up from football practice when I finished with my call I looked at the pump and saw that there was 8.75 on the total and the pump had shut off after a minute or so I was approached by the attendant he was yelling at me and the other worker was yelling at my wife telling her she owed him 4.75 or he was calling the police because she only had four dollars which she had already given the attendant when paying for the gas on pump six,the attendant had put someone elses money on our pump a total error on the cashier,if the people would have handled it properly and admitted thier error I would have had no problem bringing the money back but we were treated like thieves! The overweight man behind the counter acted like a rabid dog and we left to get my son. Next day went to get gas there and I told the man that it was his mistake and if he would have handled it like a professional I would have paid for the gas at that point he started screaming at me and I said I was going to call the police and have them settle it at which point he threatened me and my family with bodily harm screaming he was going to beat us up if we didnt give him the money for his mistake,I have been buying gas since I was a kid and the way gas stations work is you pay for your gas the attendant puts the predetermined amount on your pump and when your gas is delivered the pump shuts off! Not to hard to manage even for a child. To be threatened both myself and my family is unacceptable under any circumstances. Sincerly [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from all envolved employees and the owner [redacted] as well ! people need to learn how to deal with thier patrons in a civil manner after all we are supporting them thats the way it works here in the USA,maybe it works different in thier homeland and thats why I live here I demand respect from people and they will recieve the same in return I have lived less than a block from this place for 54 years I am not a thief and I will persue this leagally if need be, My family is due an official apology from these thugs. About the accident in liberty oil happed 07/08/2013 4.00.35 P.M

Firstly, we apologize for the matter happen.

An old lady came to casher and buy $6.00 lotto tickets and she said put $40 on pump #6 and paid

$50 as shown from the receipt (she was on pump #8 but she make mistake that usually happens many

times a day) when cashier put the $40.00 on pump #6 Mr. [redacted] pull over on pump #6 and

notice that $40 was ready on the pump as the screen shows, although he knows that it was not his

money (he gave $4.00 to his wife to purchase gas) he start pumping. His wife order $4.00 on

pump #6 so the cashier immediately notices the trouble and stopped pump#6 but it was too late. Mr.

[redacted] took $8.33 on gas that was not of his. The cashier with all politeness said to his wife that

you husband took $8.33 on gas ans that is another customer's money.

She said I have only $4 that all what I had now. The old lady that purchased the gas come back

asking her money left $40. But Mr. [redacted] has only $4 and he took $8.33 so the cashier par from his pocket

$4.33 to the old lady and gave her gas $44 on pump #8. Mr [redacted]'s wife Mrs. [redacted] said I will come back

and pay you guys $4.33 tomorrow but she did not do so.

Mr. [redacted] came to the gas station three days later ( on 11th of July) and he start yelling and

shouting (there arc witness and we can give phones, address plus the video from the surveillance

camera) he said it is not his mistake to open the pump for that much money and he will not pay

and will not come back to the store. He still own the cashier $ 4.33 he received services and did not

pay for it.

Secondly, We know Mr. [redacted] for 6 years now and we help his wife a lot becomes she is almost

always short in her money and she purchase gas not more than $ 4 and they buy bottle of beer and

candy. Also we like his son [redacted] he is very polite Young man and we help him too

Thirdly, we are surprise of man does racialism. We are all brotbers and especially when we are

neighbors we love them and appreciated their support of business. But to take someone else

gasoline it is matter of rubbery. Also Mr. [redacted] should be sincere and humble and return the old

lady belongings especially he knowns that it was wrong form the first place and thanks to cashier

did not left the pump open otherwise he will take the whole $ 40 of the lady but the cashier was

honest and humble he pay from his pocket $ 4.33 to cover Mr. [redacted] immediately.

Please notice that we include the receipts of Mt. [redacted] on pump #6 and the Lady that took $40

worth gasoline on pump #8. And we think that when he site with himself and give a second thought

he will come back and pay what he owns. And by the way till this time we did not involve any police

or report any thing and will not because we love neighbors.

first off I am not your brother and second I buy gas in the morning from curtis bloom and fill my ford at least once every two weeks 40-50 each week never have been short you need to learn how to run your gas pumps and stop running your mouths not only are you rude but you are liers and cheaters do you pay workers comp for all of your employees? do you pay them cash ? So as to not report honest taxes if someone gets hurt while working there are they taken care of by workers compensation. Every person I have talked to said the same thing you made a mistake and still cant admit it anyone else would have just paid for thier mistake and been more careful !! Learn how to work your pumps and be civil to peoplr you can look that concept and stop hating on your ex loyal customers and ps I am not and never have been your neighbor so dont patronize me or my family learn some manners I know you can !! your customers are your reason for being here !! Thanks I have been on this block for 54 years and you?
