Thank you very much for the e-mail response.this is exactly what happened that friday:Of course it is the busiest day of the week on friday in pizza shop and it is possiable that pizza might be slightly overcooked,the customer called and spoke the person who works at liberty pizza(not my girlfriend)answering the phone and I don't appreciate she is saying owner's girlfriend!because simply she works there!and she was swearing at here at the my phone person said politely and she kept going on swearing and I took the phone and said to her that I am sorry and I will be more then happy to give her credit on her card which I did for one of the pizza or send her a whole new pizza at no charge and she kept swearing at me also and I asked her very clearly if she wants the pizza or the credit probably 4-times and after using all the bad words to me she said she wants credit for one of the pizza because she ate the second one that wasn't burned or nothing was wrong with it so I put the refund on her credit card for one of the pizza then abouth 15-minutes later she called back saying that wants credit for the second pizza that she found a piece of wood in it!now1-we don't cook over pizza on the wood burning oven or we don't have any wood pieces near by2-at the first phone call she made she said that she ate the other pizza which was perfectly cooked and fineSo I asked her I can send my driver to pick up the pizza that has a piece of wood in it and send her a whole new pizza and she said no so I said I can't refund her with second pizza that she ate to the last slice of it.then start swearing at me again by saying that she will send her husband in to the business ....I said please don't I don't want no problem on my business a guy coming in and swearing on all of us.she said she will call again and get order and cancel it or call back to get her money back so I said if thats the case we can't serve her!I really appreciate you are listening both side of the story and I have been in business here almost years and never had a problem like this .she was just trying to get more food for free thats my opinion even though I refunded her credit card for one of the pizza and offered her another pizza if there was really a piece of wood in it that came from our store.what she did was very disrespectful that she was swearing us on the phone so many times plus accusing to send her husband to business! My complaint #*** against Liberty Pizza and Deli has been somewhat resolved as they refunded my money. Im still seeking a complaint against the way they handled by call and the food they delivered to me however. As I know the complaint is seen by the public, I want to be sure my name is kept confidential? Please advise. Thank you, *** ***
