On July 15 I placed a order from Liberty Pizza for myself and other employees that work at our hospital I requested flat wings no drumsticks I was told no problem. Order arrived pizza was cold and wings were all drumsticks no flats. I called to ask them to replace items and was told ah my friend we call you back in 2 minutes. I waited 90 minutes and called them back and asked for a refund as they screwed it up and never replaced my order and never called me back like they said they would. At this point I was told word for word to go [redacted]. At this point I was in shock as we have about 200 employees here and order from them every week. So it went back and forth and was told [redacted] you dispute it with your bank I asked for[redacted] and according to him he was, I asked for [redacted] and was told he was gone for two weeks. I then said so he left you in charge and this is how you run his business while he is away, again was told [redacted] and was hung up on. I called back several times and they would pick up and just hang up the phone. The order came to $32.15 and was only asking for a portion back of items messed up. I called back later that day and spoke to someone else who could speak English much better and he said sorry and that he would take care of the refund, instead they called the police and tried to file a complaint on me for harassing phone calls. This complaint didn't make it far as the police don't get involved in minor issues such as this.Product_Or_Service: FoodDesired SettlementI was a full refund to my card and I'd like a letter from the manager with an apology as this hospital will no longer allow them on the property to make any deliveries until this is done. Business Response I'm answering your letter regarding case # XXXXXX. A lunch order was placed on [redacted] I did not take the call and the person that did said there was no mention of " no drum sticks", the order came thru and they are assorted wings and drumsticks... A man called back and wanted a new order of wings, The employee informed the customer if nothing is wrong with the wings I will not just throw them out and make then send the same thing. The customer insisted he speak with me and was told he would receive a call back after our rush was over, not in 2 minutes. But after about 15 minutes he started calling my business repetedly one time after another on all my phone lines, slowing orders, causing at times all my lines to be on hold with this same guys phone #, he just kept calling. At this point I returned and got the story from my staff, his calls continued so I took the phone and tried to explain to him that this is a business and to stop calling like this, I can't speak to you quicker this way. As soon as I got on the phone he just started yelling, screaming, and insulting me, I said my friend there is nothing wrong with your order of wings, when he start screaming aging I tell him to stop harrassing me and to just call his credit card and to request his $7.25 back for his food or get a full refund however no one else had a complaint about there food, and that if he does not want to be my customer no problem, just stop calling but he continued to yell, swear and insult me even calling me a wet back, I said my friend the people that are originally from my country are not called wet backs, that slang insult is not used to identify my people, as I tried to explain he said I should learn to speak his language... I hung up, and after the calls continued to come in I called the police, and explained about the harrasing calls, and insults, and how I suggested he call his credit card and request his $7.25 back and that I asked him to just not call back. I deliver to this hospital every day and have never received a complaint, this gentleman is blowing five little chicken wings way out of proportion... And I will not cater to this kind of personality. I say if this is the worst that happens to him this month he's doing pretty well... I told police I do not want to press charges for harrassment but they were more wanting me to request action on the racial slur, I told the officer that it really don't bother me and that people from my original country really are not called wet backs, I think thats slang insult for people from other countrys. I also explained to officer I have never had or since had a problem with anyone at this hospital and I'm sure I never will. Now it seems he did call his credit card company for a refund but not for his $7.25 but for the entire order, and I can only assume that the other workers handed him cash for there food which no one had any other complaints with. People in my country here in the USA where I was born don't treat their customers how you did. So do what you desire hope it's the right thing.
