- laptop only worked when plugged in - would turn off when unplugged - replaced battery, problems persisted - laptop randomly turned off o may have also occurred with original battery - Mike told me the problem was that there was not enough space for the OS because of junk files and school documents - said he would clean up space and install program to monitor used/free space - said there was no problem with the hardware - did not say the part of the problem was the battery - did not say that his fixes would not change the fact that the laptop only works when plugged in - Mike called on Sunday and asked if I could come in - said the battery was still not working - Mike made several changes which were never discussed or asked for o emulated Windows o installed new browser o installed Google Earth o changed desktop background o changed antivirus to Windows Defender - Mike claimed there were viruses but never mentioned this when asking permission

Had a problem with my P.Cand I was looking for someone to diagnose and repair my older unitStopped at a few different businesses but after speaking with Mike I was more than comfortable having them diagnose my problemTurns out besides having no space left on my C drive, I also had a failing hard driveMike suggested a refurbished replacement with all upgraded components, external hard drive and UPS
The new P.Cworks like a charm, all of my data was saved and backed up and this unit is running amazingly fastIf I need anything more, this is where I am goingThanks so much for the great experience Mike

I had a problem with laptop on a Saturday morning and found Mike at Advanced IT Solutions I was surprised that he answered the phone on Saturday, but he had me bring my computer in and said he would have it ready for me late Monday Not only did have the computer fixed early but he went through the machine and cleaned it up, put a good security program on it and got it running at much higher level than it had been Mike went way beyond what he said he would do and did it for a very reasonable amount Any trouble I have in the future, I will definitely go back

[redacted] was managing our leases under this company and was extremely unprofessional. He is attempting to charge for an administrative fee and when I asked him to detail what the charge was for his response was snarky, including commenting that this "is not college housing." I am almost 30 years old and even when I was in college I was not treated with this kind of disrespect. I would hope that any company that is asking for a large sum of money could at least provide the reasoning for it. I will be working with legal folks to resolve, but beware of this company's unprofessionalism.
