attractions stayed opened until everyone at the Farm had gone through the elements. We did not promise short lines but stayed open for everyone to have their experience. Voluntarily leaving the Farm before getting to complete all the attractions was your choice.The event was a tasting, not a brew fest. The event did not run out of beer. There was a slight lag in time where some brewers needed more beer and cups at their booth. Some guests were cut off by the vendors as the vendors were doing their job. The band played their scheduled showtime and the haunted attractions were all in operation.We are treating the few complaints about the Brews and Boos event equally. The Farm has a no refund policy as per our website: “No refunds are given in full or in part for admissions.”Cynthia [redacted]
