contracted liberty roof to give me new roof and siding on entire house, roof was completed in an acceptable manner. Siding was suppose to start immediately after roof, two weeks later they show up at 11:30am for tear-off of existing siding, nobody spoke english (didn't matter till questions couldn't be answered, or telling them work was being done wrong and all we got was "yes sir" or "you like"). After 15minutes of this I texted one of owners explaining work is being done wrong and siding color was wrong. not much of response from text. Hours later owner shows with 3 different excuses for work being done as it is with siding crews destroying new roof and its flashing. The siding started on 6-11-20, was suppose to start around completion of roof 5-22-20, while waiting, gutters where not replaced with water pouring down side of house each time it rained into exposed walls from tear-off. Owner would never return calls or text. As of today gutters are still not in place or started, destroyed work is not being taken care of and most of work on siding was done wrong or in a non professional way. Calls from our house phone to owner through secretary have never been returned. Trash never cleaned up and still killing grass, material thrown all over with disregard to to property and pets well being. Also this is a side job for them, showing up 4:30pm -6:30pm working in dark, or start around 11 am, work an hour and leave for 5-6 hours them come back and work into dark doing wrong all the time. I have been in building trades for 35 years, had own business for 20 rehabbing houses with my last 5 years as a Building Inspector for Philadelphia License and Inspections . I do know what I am looking at and have pictures of everything done from start to this day ( still waiting to be completed )

Owner chose anotherwhich he is now recanting.nobody spoke english (didn't matter till questions couldn't be answered, or telling them work was being done wrongand all we got was "yes sir" or "you like"). After 15minutes of this I texted one of owners There is one owner ofLibertyRooifng. He was not contacted by the customer. The cutomer contacted Vince which is his contact. This was on 6/15four days after the start date. explaining work is being done wrong and siding color was wrong. The color was nevermentioned.not much of response from text. Customer called Vince at 9:12 am on Monday 6/15. Vince was with another customerand texted immediately, “call you right back”. Customer texted, “Please do. They are not doing it correctly. The morethey put up the more must come down to do the right way”. Hours later owner shows with 3 different excuses forwork being done as it is with siding crews destroying new roof and its flashing. The customer contacted Vince on 6/15four days after work had started. He stated that the work was not being done as his neighbors. Also, the crew was notthe same. Liberty completed his neighbors siding weeks prior. Vnce explained to the customer that the sidng was notthe same. Customer chose standard siding panels and the neighbor selected premium Cedar Impressions which are asmaller panel and totally different installation. The customer wanted Liberty to install a Feather Strip which was usedon the neighbors but was not needed on his installation. Vince accomadated. Locating the Feather Strips delayed theinstallation a couple days longer.The siding started on 6-11-20, was suppose to start around completion of roof 5-22-20, while waiting, gutters wherenot replaced Gutters would be removed and replaced with the siding. We are not responsible for existing problems.with water pouring down side of house each time it rained into exposed walls from tear-off. Siding wasn't satrted till6/11 we have no responsibility for siding prior.Owner would never return calls or text. Roof was complete 5/22. Change of siding color delayed installation which thecustomer understood. Siding was delivered on 6/5. Vince and customer texted on 6/8. Vince informed the customer ofa death in his family and work would start on 6/11, with the customer not having a problem(customer texted NP)As of today gutters are still not in place or started, Men where ther to install the gutters on 2 occasssions. The ownerturned them away both times.destroyed work is not being taken care of and most of work on siding was done wrong or in a non professional way. Ipersonally went to meet the customer on Thursday 6/18. I requested a punchlist of his concerns which still have notbeen furnished. I returned on Monday 6/22. I spent 45 minutes with the customer, no punchlist was provided. As Iwas leaving, for the first time the customer mentions the siding being the wrong color.Customer also after dealing with VINCE FOR 6 WEEKS ON ROOFING WORK (color and price) SIDING WORK (color andprice) all details, payment, scheduling etc. didn't know his correct name. When discussing Vince several times withme, in person and texts, referred to him as KEVIN. We do not have a Kevin on staff.Calls from our house phone to owner through secretary have never been returned. Totally not true. On 6/22 I have 2text messages to the customer requesting how we should proceed. To this date He has not reponded. I also returnedto the property 3 times. Twice the customer was seen through his windows and would not answer the door. On thethird occasion he drove around my vehicle as I was parking and drove away. Vince has also tried to call and text withno response from the owner. The customer's wife has called our secretary. Once, to ask if we are complete so she canput out her patio furniture. The customer has 2 cell phone numbers which he has used to contact us throughout thisentire process. He has not called, texted, or responded to our texts since 6/20. I am rejecting this response because: Liberty Roof has come back to address my complaints, work started on 7-15-20, workers left 7-16-20 after a few hours of work and have not returned as of 7-17-20. Much work still needs to be done. If work continues this complaint should be solved but not as of today 7-17-20.

liberty charge me 2300 for a roof OCT, 2015 CALL THEM NUMEROUS TIMES TO LET THEM KNOW,my roof was leaking in my front bedroom Sept 2018, my contract ended on Oct,12 2018 he kept sayin he was comin to my home, which he never showed.My front room wall got damage from the leak.he was stalling me until my contract was over.

Liberty did install the roof on October ,2015. In September 2018 *** called with a leak. Vince, spoke to her and went to her home. *** was not at home when Vince arrived. *** told Vince the leak was in the front bedroom. Vince accessed her roof and continued to investigate the leak in the front bedroom as described by ***. Vince did not see any evidence of a leak but did some sealing as a precaution. *** called again about a leak in her front bedroom. After further conversation it was discovered that it is the back bedroom that has a leak. *** sleeps in the backroom which she considers the front. On October 13, a day after her contract was void, we had two men back there sealing the rear of her roof at no charge. Since then, it is our understanding that the roof is no longer leaking but is at this point out of warranty unless the maintenance is preformed. If the back area is still an issue we will return once again at no charge.

Liberty Roofing never came to access damages to my roof , My neighbors have cameras they was no evidence that they were present, till this day I have leakage in my front bed room were my wall is crumbling, I was present at home they never rang my door bell ,nor did they leave an invoice or some kind receipt stating that they were present I’m very disappointed with the service And they don’t honor they policy , I would appreciate if they would return, my front room is still leaking they need to access my bedroom were the leak is.I hope this can be resolve

I would recommend Liberty Roofing for any of your roofing needs. I called and explained my issue to them and they came out a looked at my problem. They provided me estimate for a new roof and were able to complete the replacement within a week of my call. The crew that completed the work were courtesy and very efficient in replacing my roof. They arrived in the morning and were done before 1 PM. They cleaned up the work area and it was spotless. They done an excellent job.

During the sale of my house, some repairs on my roof were needed to be addressed and the work needed to be done in a short time prior to settlement. I was very pleased with the work performed within the short time frame. Communication with Vince and Donna was superb. I would highly recommend Liberty Roofing.

Vince B from Liberty Roofing was sent by the builder of my home to look at a leak on my roof because according to the builder, Vince was the roofer who put a brand new roof on the house a year ago. Vince looked at the roof n informed me I needed a new roofer because of the rubber that was originally used to finish the roof. He then said he thinks there is a way to fix the roof without redoing the entire thing. I own my home by myself n do not know anything about repairs, so I informed Vince I needed to discus this with my dad n would be in contact. A few days later Vince calls to move forward with fixing the roof for $1200, which is way less than the $8000 he originally told me. I told him it sounds ok to me but I don't know anything n need to discus it with my dad. Two days later Vince called again, now he wanted to send a roofer to my house on Friday March 16, I again told him I needed to discus it with my dad n I wanted to wait to do anything until the following week. On Thursday March 15, Vince text me about sending someone to my house, I again told him no. At 8am Friday morning he called to say someone was on their way to fix the roof n that I did not have to pay right away. I again said I wanted to wait he said they are on their way. I did not n do not have a contract with Vince. 2 roofers showered up, 1 just held the ladder, the other spent 10min on the roof. I asked them to wait until my dad got there to discus what they are doing. They left, Vince showed up asking for $1200, then changed it to $600. We told him we are not paying we don't have a contract n don't know what was even done n are having another roofer out. The 2nd roofer came n specifically said "they only patched 1 spot, they did not fix the issue, the entire side of the roof needs to be fixed" this roofer fixed the entire side of the roof (8ft) for $300. Vince is now emailing me repeatedly demanding that I pay $1200 for a job I said no to n never signed a contract. Vince also said I could pay him by making him dinnr

We spoke with the homeowners father , agreed on a payment and resolved the issues. We will return if needed with the homeowner requests. Liberty did not install the roof for the builder. Liberty was called by the builder to assist the homeowner. Thank You

Extremely happy with the service Liberty Roofing provided. Came out, gave an estimate and were able to complete the work within a week. The workers that came out worked non stop. I really appreciate that I had to do nothing. Highly recommend.

Liberty has a professional, kind, and responsive office personnel. The cleanup that the roofers did was spotless (and they removed a ton of crap from a previous awful roofing job). Vince is a great worker and dedicated. I will definitely recommend this company and will use in the future for my new home. Thank you!
