My son hired Liberty Roofing and had nothing but good things to say abut them, so I thought I'd give them a go. On one house they tore off the old composition roof, brought the roof up to code, made sure the debris was picked up and installed the new composition roof. They worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure county codes were met.
On my house they repaired several things on the roll formed steel roofing. They did a good job and didn't bend any of the panels. They also repaired the flashing on the metal tile roof of the gazebo.
They stuck to their bid and provided me with a lien waver.
It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. They charged me $150 to come out and put caulking around a boot on my roof. Barely used any caulking. A tube of caulk is not that expensive. I understand making money, but for their prices to be that high, that's ridiculous. Will never recommend this company to anyone nor will they get my business again!

I highly recommend Vernon F and Liberty Roofing. Before I met Vernon, I didn’t think you could be both honest and a roofer. Well, Vernon changed my mind. He assessed our roof and provided us with photos, showing us the hail damage. He came to the house and met with the insurance adjuster who confirmed, Vernon’s assessment. Vernon worked with my insurance company to ensure we had no out of pocket expenses. He coordinated with my insurance company for the ice and water shield, required by county building code, to be covered by the insurance claim.
He provided a detailed estimate and reviewed the options with me. Within a couple of days Vernon had a crew out on the property installing a new roof. Vernon was on the job site the entire time and provided me with regular updates. He showed me how Liberty Roofing did quality control by taking photos from a drone, to insure proper installation. Vernon explained the building codes and the manufacturers requirements for proper installation.
The job was done within the time promised, within budget, and they picked up all the trash and construction debris.
Based on my experience with Vernon F, I whole heartedly recommend Liberty Roofing.

I hired Liberty roofing to replace my roof and gutters from storm damage. They finally got to the roof, then 3 months later the gutters. I had ***, Salesman, return several time to inspect work. He has a lack of professionalism and knowledge of the industry. They replaced my roof 2 years ago with out issue. They have grown too big and do not communicate within the company or with the consumer. I still have a gutter that they cut the drip edge in multiple places to install the gutter. Reviewed this with *** and he stated it was done wrong. I was told they would replace the gutter at a later date, but wanted payment that day. He took 200.00 of 11,600 bill. I would not use them ever again.
