Liberty Roofing & Siding

There is nothing bad to say about this company. They covered all the bases. Although I thought my 100+ year old home had several layers of shingles, the estimator told me he was pretty sure there was also a shake roof beneath everything. There was! When several wood siding pieces split during roof installation, he was ready with replacement cedar siding. (I didn't even KNOW the wood was cedar) So I had no financial surprises during this project and no new mess to clean up. The roof was completed in a matter of days. There was no debris left in my yard or driveway. There have been no issues with the roof in the year or so since it was installed.

Liberty Roofing was everything they say they are. The crew was on time, good workmanship, cleaned up was excellent, and my roof looks great. Joe the sales rep was very helpful in the whole precess from beginning to end.

I had a wonderful experience working with Liberty. We had our roof replaced and this was the first time I'd ever had any work of this scale done. Rich walked me through the process step-by-step. I always knew what was going on and when. I was very happy with the completed work. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Work performed was as promised and discussed in the estimate phase. Rich was extremely professional and communicated with me every step of the way. I knew when crews were going to be at my house and what project was to be completed. Roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters were all completed and yard cleanup in 4 days. My house looks almost brand new. Rich stopped by on every phase of the job to assure the work was being done to the quality he expects and to answer any questions I might have. Could not be happier with the services I was provided.

This is the second time I've used Rich and Liberty in the past 5 years. I had hail damage to my house again this year and contacted Liberty based on the great job they did the first time. Rich, as before, provided me with an honest, competitive bid for re-roofing and re-siding my home. He worked with the insurance adjusters to make sure they understood the extent of the damage and settled my claim fairly and efficiently; Rich was a great advocate for me. Rich made a number of trips to my home to meet with the adjusters until we agreed on the extent of the damage. Rich made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed and that the work was done to my satisfaction. Rich's crews were very professional, courteous and did a great job with both the installation and clean up. Based on both of my experiences I have recommended Rich and Liberty to my friends and neighbors who have also used him for their homes. It's reassuring to know that Liberty is a local company that continues to provide service to its long-standing customers. I highly recommend Liberty Roofing and Rich.

Wow! It was so refreshing to deal with Joe D. from Liberty Roofing & Siding. From start to finish, Joe was very polite and informative, letting me know every step of the process. The crew they sent were all very polite, did a great job in a short amount of time, and did a very good clean up. I have already recommended them to my daughter and would recommend them to anyone. Dealing with Joe D, and his great customer service was a pleasure that you don't find much anymore. Had the gutters replaced too, and they were also very nice and did a great cleanup. Liberty Roofing and Siding and Joe D. are definitely Number 1 in my book!!

He was great to deal with,was very thorough in explaining what was going to occur and when .he kept us informed every step of the way and kept every appointment he made. Dealt with Joe on the entire process. From checking on roof, meeting the ins. adjuster, and setting up the entire process. The roof looks great and the work done was very prompt and professional and finished in 2 days.

Awesome service!!! Richard and his staff made this process go as smooth as possible. The team who replaced our roof explained in great detail what they were going to do. I have a neighbor who is a general contractor and he was amazed on how good the new roof looked. Richard always answers emails, texts and voice mails in a timely manner.
