I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Haley is correct that they did correspond with my mother directly as my job does not allow for personal call during business hours. My mother was the one to reach out to Haley every week after the initial two week repair estimate. No one at Haley ever reached out to me or my wife with any updates when they were delays. This went on for 7 weeks. Even when the vehicle was finally ready no one called. My mother was not part of the conference call with Haley and [redacted]. It is apparent that no one test drove the vehicle or they would have noticed the two engine lights. When approached about the lights we were turned away and told to come back.  I had to borrow a vehicle for 7 weeks due to this major inconvenience. What would someone else have done if they had not had access to another vehicle to drive for that period of time?   We chose to let Haley do the repair because we were under the impression that since it was a dealer we would get the best customer service. We were mistaken.

We reached out to the consumers and worked with them to resolve the complaint.
