Review: Approximately 6 month ago my account number was changed. Since then I have problems with liberty crediting my account. I was making payments in addition to what was billed but liberty was unable to credit My account properly. I received letters from credit bureau ,Notice of foreclosure for nonpayment,while I was making my payments. I have tried getting this corrected But liberty has been unable to correct this. After all conversations with liberty they advise it is being corrected. Now I do not get my calls returned. I spoke several times wIth [redacted] a supervisor but he has refused to return my calls. I spend on an average 45 to 60 minutes a day trying to resolve this problem.they have damaged my credit and this is affecting my health. I am a type 1 diabetic and the stress has affected me severely. The last bill I received increased my balance from 41 thousand to 42 thousand. I have never missed a payment.Desired Settlement: Make certain my credit is not tarnish
