We can replace the screen material that is not a problem. There is a labor charge like 99% of what other companies charge. The material will be provided by Liberty Screens. Labor charge is additionalWe willbe happy to provide *** *** with the manufacturer information so he can
ask them what the policy is as far as the warranty is concerned

I have been asked to reply to to this complaintThe screen were ready to be installed for two monthsWe were not able to reach Mrs*** for a long time. Additionally we were rescheduled on three separate scansion. The first was on a Monday, the second time was also on another
Monday, the last time was her so was to make himself available and when we got there no one was there. When we finally got there to do the installation, it turns out that the installer had the worn size unit on the truck. Given the length and back and forth of the whole process we are willing to refund Mrs*** for half of the screens and still install both screens at our cost. However , this complain will have to removed. I hope we can agree that a $refund and a free screen install is a fair proposal given the circumstances. We do have a valid contract

After [redacted] Screen was installed, he called us back and said the screen was torn at the seam.  Our warranty cover punctures and scratches from dogs.  It does not cover someone running into the screen.  In any event we replaced the original screen with a new one.  a momth...

later they called us back and idicated the same this has happened.  That tells us that someone keeps running into the screens.  no compny warrants screens for such things.  I am willing to replace the screen again  and for the third time for them.  however, becuase of the situation I will need them to sign a waiver indicating that this is the last replacement as a result of seam issues caused by running into it.  I will still warranty the screen from claw marks from pets etc.

We did not receive benefit of the product and they did not receive payment for it. We take issue with their erroneous characterization of our interactions. They were deliberately evasive and would call and leave messages on numbers we repeatedly corrected via voicemail. If my behavior was so abusive, I am sure they have voicemails that support this. The fact is they do not and we are not the only folks that have had issues, we are just the only folks to take this complaint VIA a respected forum (Revdex.com) and not online, where the other complaints reside. The fact of the matter is they never delivered a screen door after failing to honor their own timelines. We didn't tell them the date to deliver. They picked that date in the morning and didn't deliver. As far as we're concerned, we've moved on. If Revdex.com chooses to remove this complaint, so be it but the facts are accurate. If Liberty Screen wishes to pursue - then bring the noise. Thank you for your time. [redacted] and [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I am confused by his answer, the below email states my claim was submitted after I submitted the pictures of the screen failure. I was told my replacement screen was ordered and would arrive June 6 and would call me,  I never received a call after I accommodated his schedule waiting two weeks prior back in May.  The screen was installed Oct 2012 so I meet the warranty within two years, the plastic holder for the screen has failed and the screen has pulled out rendering my $800 screen useless. The warranty states the plastic is covered under warranty.  David F[redacted] stated he ordered a replacement and would install the replacement.
Why do I have to call the company his warranty doesn't state this?  He stated he submitted the warranty and would replace the failed screen, now he is not honoring his warranty as he stated and is in his statement below.

At Liberty screens, lnc. we offer our customers a limited lifetime warranty on all of our product and components excluding the mesh. our standard
screen is warranted for 2 years for normal wear and tear. Customers who have upgraded to Super Screen have a 10 year warranty on the screen
material. Should any of the components be defective, fail or malfunction, you can rest knowing that we will honor your warranty and arrange for a
service call to repair or replace your Retractable Screens.
please note that your warranty will become null and void if your Liberty screens are not registered with us or if your unit has been tampered with
after it has been installed. All installed products are registered automatically at the time of purchase'
This warranty is non transferable and can only be executed and or claimed by the original owner of the product registered with Liberty screens lnc'
The limited lifetime warranty applies to all aluminum and plastic components and does NOT cover the labor. lnstallation labor is warranted by

[redacted]I'm n signed a contract that would have installed custom built screens within 4-6 weeks. I would be happy to supply the Revdex.com a copy of this contract. At the three week mark we tried contacting them for installation. Apparently we had a n office number which we kept leaving messages on. **...

[redacted] said it did not get to him. We subsequently booked him for installation and the day if the install, our guy was running late and he called the only number we had online, his office, and left 3 message to let him know he was was running a little behind. [redacted] was verbally abuse and began to screen at the rep in the phone at the time. We tried to explain that we called him and that we left a phone number. He kept yelling, and yelling and becoming even more verbally abusive. At this time we don't felel safe going into someone house to has been that abusive. Even though we were not obligated to refund the deposit (as indicated in the contract) we decided because of the verbal abuse to issue a refund and we did. So it is with respect that's ask the Revdex.com to remove this complain. Other wise I will sue for the full amount as I am entitled to on the contract.

I purchased two sets of screen doors going out to a deck from Liberty Screens. The retractable screens they carry are ClearView® screens. I researched screens online prior to ordering from Liberty Screens, so I knew the product was what I wanted. I called a few different ClearView® sellers and was quoted the exact same price by all of them, $895 for a set of double french door patio screens. They are expensive, but apparently price controlled. I also called a few dealers of Phatom® screens and was quoted the same price there. I decided to go ahead with Liberty Screens, despite reading a complaint on Revdex.com, because there were overwhelmingly more positive experiences by their customers than negative ones. My phone call was answered promptly, my questions were answered, and a free consultation was scheduled for later in the week. Michael came out for the consultation, and I was very pleased that he took the time to show me the product, explain the mechanics, and answer my questions, but did NOT give me a hard sales pitch or take up much of my limited time. I decided to go forward and ordered the screen doors. They came in about 2 weeks later, and the scheduling of installation was very prompt and hassle-free. The installer was on time, and it took around an hour for each door to be installed. The removal of my existing screen doors was included in the price. The installer left everything even cleaner than it was when he arrived, and he was very courteous and pleasant. I was completely satisfied with my whole experience, but I waited 6 weeks before writing a review so I could be sure that I would be happy with the screens. So far, they are working perfectly and they look wonderful! I really love having screens that are only there when I need them, and are hidden away when I'm not using them. I have 3 kids who are very hard on things, and I love that they can't rip the screens if they lean on them. If they lean on the screen, they find that it gives, which discourages them from leaning, and all I have to do is move the bottom of the screen back into the track if they push it out (which takes about 2 seconds). I am a very happy customer, and I would not hesitate to recommend Liberty Screens to anyone looking for a competent Clearview® installer.
