Harassment - calls monthly (sometimes more than once a week) after repeatedly being asked not to be called again.
This company has called me monthly for several years. I have asked each time not to be called again and have blocked the number. A new number calls and claims this is the first time calling or the first time hearing I did not want to be called or something along those lines. Even as I tell them each time I do not want their services they either push the product or hang up. Rinse & Repeat. I have just gotten off the phone with *** (6/17/2020 @ 12:17PM) who confirmed my number has been listed as DO NOT CALL but I have confirmed this at least 20 times before. It will take me a few hours to compile the number of calls over the last decade but it is well over 50 times.
I literally just want them to stop calling! For good.

I have been assured MANY times previously that I will not be contacted again. My husband, my mother, and my sister have been witness to this - all on different occasions. I do not think it is fair that their response suggests they did the right thing before my complaint was filed. My complaint was filed BECAUSE my request was not honored. I am also not the only person to bring this to the Revdex.com's attention. I don't appreciate their lack of sincerity in the response or truth of the matter. This company is disgraceful and preys on people in need. The least they can do is accept "no" the first time they hear it rather than playing games.

Liberty Settlement Solutions continues to contact me with unsolicited advertising.
Liberty sends me unsolicited mail and harasses me to use their services. I have never reached out to Liberty for their services and they continue to contact me.

Quick efficient service, very knowledgeable and made sure our need were met.
Company consistently harasses me after I have told them I have no interest in doing business with them
This company called me and I told them I had no interest ins selling an annuity I had as part of a structured settlement. The salesman wouldn't seem to take no for an answer and even after I hung up on him 3 times continued to call me. I kindly asked that I be removed from their sales call list and he then put me on the phone with his manager who then tried to sell me on selling my annuity again. Every week have received follow up calls since even after I hang up each time and tell them that I am not interested.
I would like to report this business for harassment and have them stop contacting me once and for all. I have never answered their mailings and have repeatedly told them over the phone that I have no interest.

Liberty was a great help towards me getting money for an emergency I really appreciate all the help and the patience that mr. Chris had with thanks again Chris and liberty.

I will go back to Liberty for all my transfers. They worked hard to make everything easy for me. I was completely happy with the professionalism of all the staff. I had my money very quickly after being approved. :)
Liberty is a unlicensed , unregulated company that pays pennies on the dollar. They also treat their clients very horrible and do unethical things to get the job done.
Liberty Settlement quoted me $40k less than other companies and when I didn't accept they cursed me out and called me an *** in writing.
I called *** of Liberty Settlement to find out what they would offer me for my structured settlement. They told me there best offer was $301k. When I told them I already had offers $30k more than that, they lied and trash talked the other companies and pressured me to accept with them by scaring me.
After not getting my business they sent me the below in an email. This company should not be A+ rated.

You should of never forwarded your phone to my number. I was very professional, and tried to do the best that I could for you when we spoke. You are a con Artist and think you are a funny guy. Nothing funny about sending all of your trash to my phone, and screwing with people who work for a living. You will get what is coming to you! Eventually all things come full circle.

I want nothing to do with this company ever again. They are scammers. I am very saddened that businesses like this exist in this day and age.
I would respectfully ask that the Revdex.com review Liberty Settlements and remove their A+ rating. I contacted Liberty because of its high rating. That rating must be an error.
