Review: Liberty Stone, LLC will not honor their 10 year Guarantee/Warranty covering both material and labor for defects.

This job was completed and paid in full as of Jan **, 2015. After the rough winter, Liberty Stone, LLC was suppose to return in the spring to clean up all the debris that was left behind, they were to replace/repair any broken/fallen slate and leave us a palette of slate for future repair, as stated in the guidelines from the Slate Roofing Contractor's Association. They did not honor any of this. They won't return my phone calls, e-mails and text messages regarding these matters.

We have spoken with the secretary many times at Liberty Stone, asking Christopher S[redacted] and/or Robert G[redacted] to return our calls but nothing.

Please note: my house has a very high roof/pitch (61 feet from the ground.) If a piece of slate were to fall onto a person, this will cause severe bodily harm or death.Desired Settlement: We would like the palette of slate that was promised in the contract, the replacement of fallen slate that happen during the Winter of 2015 and honoring the 10 year contract for future repair work.
