Poor at best
I considered this company, a plumbing supply company to be an expert in furnaces. I advised them of my parts need (specific to my furnace) and they rushed a part to me, It was clearly not the right part. It was clearly an opportunity for a $500 sale of a part. I received the part and immediately advised them of this problem. They would certainly accept a return of the part with a "Special restocking fee". I got less than 1/2 my money back. The company was responsive to issue of shipping the wrong part by email and text (why they got a 2/5 rating but not a 1/5) but were absolutely not concerned they shipped it without verification. They earned a sale and a stocking fee. I just got disappointed with the non interest. Turns out the part was obsolete and after discussing it with them they did have this information available... A poor experience indeed.
