Revdex.com: I reject that statement that Danelle G [redacted] has sent to you. That is about the customer that I brought there was affiliated with a [redacted] Location. And that same customer had someone else to look over her taxes and seen were Liberty didn't add some things on her taxes and when she called them about they said they were going to have to charge her $just to fix it.Which is ridiculous! They won't have to worry about that customer anymore or me referring anyone to them.No one at that office said any of the things that Danelle is claiming and she didn't tell me anything because when I was trying to talk to her and explain how rude and unprofessional the worker in that office was and Danelle herself was unprofessional and rude basically ignoring me on the phone before she hung the phone up in my face.I contacted the corporate office and Sinclair T [redacted] supervisor over that location states" He did not know that Liberty had a refer a friend promotion."And I tell him how you don't know about the promotion when it's there on Liberty's website?? He could not give me a direct answer and repeated "Oh I Don't Know" I can't do anything because I'm in [redacted] ." Of course they are going to try and save each other because they have been nothing but a book of lies. You think I would go through all of this for $50.00? I called the office and spoke to Danielle before she even knew who I was and asked about the promotion and she explained it to me but not the way she is claiming. She said it the way I explained it in my complaintI have a witness to that because when I called and asked her those questions I had her on speaker phone. When I was there in the office I called another Liberty Tax location and a supervisor said that they should have paid me my referral fee. That's my other witness to this situation [redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2017/06/21) */
We are sorry to hear that miss [redacted] feels that her experience with us has been less than satisfactory. Below is a brief overview along with our response.
The Customer purchased a 2011 Chevy Equinox with Just over 100k miles from our store...

on 12, November 2016. On 17, January 2017, the customer called in because of a noise coming from the engine, which according to our records we were unable to duplicate. No payment was taken.
On 13, Marche 2017, the customer returned stating that the timing chain needed replaced as it was broken. According to our records, the timing chain was replaced and no further action was requested or required. The customer paid for this service.
On 21, March 2017, the customer returned with a Check Engine Light. After a preliminary diagnostic, the light was found to be related to the ambient temperature sensor. The code was cleared and tested. No Payment was taken.
On 23, March 2017, the customer returned with a Check Engine Light. After a preliminary diagnostic, the light was found to be related to the Mass Air Flow Sensor and VVT Solenoid. As this was only a couple days after the original check engine complaint, this was taken care of at no cost to the customer.
23 March, 2017 was the last date the customer reached out to us with any issue regarding the vehicle. We were under the impression that everything was rectified as of this date.
When the vehicle was purchased, it had an odometer reading of 102,071. At this odometer reading, the vehicle is outside of any and all warranties provided by the original manufacturer (Chevrolet) and thus the only work that would be done by a Chevrolet dealership free of charge would be a Manufacturer Recall.
We have attached a 2 page document showing the CarFax for the vehicle in question. As is shown, the vehicle has no history of Recalls, either required or resolved, and is outside of warranty. As can also be seen, The work done to the vehicle, up until this month, was oil changes, diagnostics, and regularly scheduled maintenance.
We feel we have treated the customer well, and are sad to find their view of the situation is not the same. We would like to offer the customer a [redacted] gas card to cover travel expenses for the situation, as a resolution.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2017/06/21) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I quite contacting this dealer because they didn't take care of the problem and when taken to an actual dealership the timing chain issue that they claim to have replaced and that I did pay for was not actually fixed and was covered by the manufacturer free of charge however I was charged for this supposed repair by Southwest when I should not have had to pay anything at all and the repair they did was not complete.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 17, 2017/07/04) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As a mechanic and service shop SW auto should have the knowledge to know that just replacing the timing chain was not going to fix the problem. All the items replaced by Kelly Chevy under the manufacturer coverage went hand in hand, the oil consumption test performed by Kelly Chrvy is what needed to be done to determine if it was covered by the manufacturer. If Southwest Auto did not have the knowledge needed to deal with the situation they should have referred me to a dealership to begin with. I would like the money back that I paid.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 19, 2017/07/06) */
We have attached a copy of the customer invoice for our shop, in which the customer complained of a noise coming from the engine compartment, which was taken care of by the timing chain replacement. At this point, a complimentary oil change took place. There was no complaint by the customer of oil consumption, and as a complimentary oil change was done after replacing the timing belt, one could not be tested for.
At this point, we feel the customer is attempting to take advantage of the situation by placing unrealistic demands on the service department. It is misguided to expect a non-franchise mechanic to have knowledge of the inner workings of Chevrolet Special Recall Bulletins only available for warranted work at an authorized dealer.
The special warranty work is not information distributed nationwide, and does not appear on the CarFax report as a recall. We have attempted to compromise with the customer on multiple occasions during the course of this complaint, and feel we have done all we can, given the circumstances, to placate the consumer. We will offer a [redacted] gas card one last time in a final attempt to compromise.
We feel at this point, the customer has no evidence to support a request for reimbursement, as can be seen by the last blanket statement made, providing no further information, and only continuing to make the same request over and over without compromise.

This email is in response to the complaint posted by [redacted] regarding the landscaping work performed at his new construction condo by our client Dreascapers.
Helvetica, sans-serif;">  The work that was contracted for consisted on grading the yard and installing new landscaping, clean up of depbris and install downspout extenders.  Our Estimate sheet that we provided clearly states that the lawn will be seeded and straw applied (There was no agreement to install sod). The seed did infact grow.  Upon receiving information from the owner that they had contacted a new company to come in and strip the lawn and install sod, We wend to the facebook page of the company hired by Mr. [redacted] and discovered a  picture posted of the lawn prior to him performing the sod replacement.  The picture clearly shows that the lawn is full and very green and healthy.  There are no issues with the lawn or the landscaping at this location.  I have attached a copy of the photo so that you can see the lawn and landscaping.   In addition to the work in question... Mr. [redacted] is claiming that the purchase price was $14,000.00 and the disputed amount is $2,800.00.  The actual contracted price for the work performed was $6,500.00.  This amount has been paid. And all work is completed.  We feel that he has decided that he would rather have sod instead of the seeded lawn that we installed and simply wants us to pay the difference for him.     If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time.   Derk F[redacted] President

I met with Ms. [redacted] on Monday 26th and have come to a resolution to the situation.  The issue is getting handled and although we can't help that the vehicle failed we are in fact helping Ms. [redacted] towards fixing the vehicle. She was happy after our conversation.

I was not involved with the store when Ms. [redacted] had her first problem.  I took over ownership Oct. 1 2017.  I reached out to Ms. [redacted] and meet with her last night. Feb. 14.2018.  I am in communication with her and have hopes to try and resolve this with her the best way possible for...

both parties.

We are very sorry to hear that Mr. [redacted] has concerns with some charges on his loan contract. We were not aware that he had any...

questions or concerns regarding these charges on his paperwork. Hopefully this explanation will clear up any confusion.
The Loan Processing Fee is a requirement of the federal credit union that approved Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] auto loan. They are lines r. and x. on the Retail Installment Contract. These two items are normal for most lenders and are explained thoroughly in Regulation Z Truth in Lending Act. The $10 "Good will Savings-CWFCU" Is another fee paid to the federal credit union. $5 goes into a savings account for the [redacted] to become members of the federal credit union, and the other $5 they donate to Goodwill.
The $150 Document Fee and the $15 Title/Reg Fee are standard fees of Southwest Auto Sales. Most, if not all, car dealers have Document Fees. They cover the cost of paperwork. The Title/Reg Fee is the title fee for the state of Indiana. This fee differs from state to state. Here in Indiana it is $15.
Again we are sorry that the Vances had concerns with charges on their Retail Installment Contract, but we were unaware that they were upset until this Revdex.com claim.
OFFER:
If you would like us to explain these charges in person, please stop by any time during normal business hours.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/01/28) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I will not pursue this further. One discrepancy that I note from Southwest Auto Sales response concerns the $15 Title/Reg fee. Actually the lending contract that was signed by me stated that we were charged $35 for the Title/Reg fee. Must be inflation or a type-0. [redacted]

Thank you.

The Sprinkler system was installed properly. In fact, He asked us to install just one sprinkler head to splash the yard. Our company actually installed two sprinkler heads. They are fully capable of watering the flowerbeds. The issue is that he as not had his electrician connect the wire and therefore, he has never turned the system on. Upon further investigation, it is our understanding that he did not comply with the requirements of the Home Owners Association and have drip lines installed for the flowerbeds. He is now trying to get more work completed than what he hired our company to perform.
He also never mentioned extending the system to be able to hook onto the next building. Obviously our quote for services would have been much higher in price if it had included these items. The seed did indeed take as pictures indicated. We had been more than willing to come back in the spring and patch any areas that did not take, however, he has never contacted us to do so.
Sincerely,
Steve G[redacted], President

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The issues are much larger than just some seed. The property was to have a sprinkler system installed properly. They were paid in full for this work. The system was not laid property, is not currently hooked up to HOA system. The wire to sprinkler system that will move the system down to the next building was never installed. The seed never took because it was never took because it was never watered. Due to them not hooking up the system correctly. I do not want sod just to want sod. I want the work done with workmanship that is consistent with industry standards. I have had the work re quoted. The price to fix what was not done property is 5K+. They contractor spoke with the old company who initially set up the system and knew what needed to be done for the work to be completed property. The system does not water the correct flower beds leaving me responsible if the landscaping does not take for the new owners. The assertation that work was completed correctly is completely false and this is an excuse not to finish a project in an acceptable manner.
