Still waiting

I had Liberty Tax do my 2018 1040x I.R.S. return for me. This was early August of 2019. It has now been over 240 days and I still have NOT received my refund. Need I say more ?
They said they would look into it two weeks ago and I still have NOT heard anything ! Not happy .
