I went to file my taxes with them and before they told me how much they would take, they made me sign something that they wouldn't show me. Afterwards, they told me that they would be taking more than half my return (supposed to get 640. They ended up taking 318 leaving me at 321. They were going to take 436 but I said something to them.) after consulting various people about the situation, I was told to contact the Revdex.com and begin a case due to how illegal the entire process and the amount they took was.
Other (requires explanation) I would like to begin a case ASAP to ensure I get my full tax return and there is action against this establishment that has been taking money from people. I hope to hear from you very soon to resolve this issue
Store Manager spoke to client last week and this was already resolved. Client apologized about entering a complaint. She explained that it is unlawful to charge a few that is a percentage of a refund. Fees are determined by the forms that are added to a tax return and do not take into account the actual refund.
Client did take advantage of the cash in a flash and was given a discount on the tax return as well.
