I went to ms. Teresa to have my taxes filed this is my second year with her. I give her all my information that is needed. This is during covid I was very patient I signed all my documents I called got no response I would text and be ignored. Finally she called me back one day saying she was the only one in the office she just had knee surgery and she hasn't finished anything. After this I went up there because she said my taxes would not go thru due to the fact I updated my address for my stimulus package. I sat up there for two hours fixing and handling everything so it could get emailed and faxed to the right people. She asked me to give her a few days I did . few days turned into weeks of no replies then the same story of her knee surgery and how she was the only one and she hasn't been in the office. SHE ADMITTED TO PURPOSELY NOT FINISHING HER JOB BECAUSE SHE HAD NO HELP. Told me it would be best if I wait until the first of the month to MAIL off everything. Ive already waited two weeks after I left from fixing things under the impression she was going to email and fax off my information. She never did and wanted me to wait another two weeks to mail it off. Told me that was the best she could do since she did not finish it up. Once again telling me she messed up on purpose and unjust have to wait . I started my tax process with her Around first week of April. She never process my information since then I have not received any stimulus payment nor my taxes. This lack of responsibility has me in a position where my complex will not allow me to stay there any longer. I paid them every dollar I had in hopes she would help get the rest of the money so I can keep a roof for my child. I now have to move and pay all these extra fees because liberty tax purposely and knowingly dropped the ball. she did not pay attention to anything she used my old information eventhough I gave and emailed all my new and updated information.
