Firstly, the lights of the salon were turned off ACCIDENTLY at 6pm. I have even made this mistake myself as the owner and...

hairstylist. We have several switches that turn off the same lights. It was an honest mistake on our receptionist's part.
The stylist used a gentle formulation of lightener as to not damage [redacted]'s hair any further as is was when she had just had it coloured. She came to us because she was not happy with the work of the previous salon. She stated that the other salons always give her back her money when she is not satisfied. Unfortunately, we do not have this policy-to refund all of the money for services that were performed well.
After 1 hour of trying to lighten her hair, there was very little change which is an indication that the hair was previously coloured with metallic dyes. This was not told to the stylist during the consultation when she ask about what was on her hair. This was [redacted]'s error. OUR error on the day that [redacted] was in was that we charged her for the foils that did not process properly instead of only charging her for the colour, cut and style that she received.
We were offering her free treatments as compensation however, this does not seem satisfactory to [redacted] so we have placed a credit for the amount that she was charged for the foils only INSTEAD of free treatments.
We always try to work with our guests at our salon [redacted]
We hope that in the end everything will be satisfactory for [redacted] and we will be able to service her again in the future.

This is the insurance company's fault for not informing there insured that she was going to have to pay the overages. Sorry at this time the driver did his job and has a right to get paid for the job he did. The insurance or roadside service covers an amount. If that member goes over than they need...

to pay the driver before he can drop the car. Our over millage rate is $8 per mile b4 5pm, cash visa mastercard. If it after 5pm it is cash only and driver can stop by the ATM if need be. And the driver will always provide an invoice to any persons paying.
