Liberty Welding

Review: Vehicle - 1993 Mercury Tracer - 44,000 miles - garage Kept - excellent shape. Took to my mechanic for inspection - wasn't able to pass - needed welding repair by struts plus inspection. My husband contacted Liberty Welding - took the car down and said they could repair it in two weeks. Left car on 5-17-14 at Liberty Welding. On 5-20-14 (3:40pm) received a call that the car was ready and informed me that if I paid cash I could save $30.00 in taxes and I declined - I paid with my Visa. When we arrived home I put the car in the garage where it remained till I decided to wash it on 5-29-14 and that is when I noticed the damage.Ashtray in back seat was broken off and thrown under drivers seat, bottom front bumper - passenger side cracked in half and broken underneath. I have never used the ashtrays in my car since purchased. I also notice when driving the car home a 1/4 tank of gas was used. When I picked up the car -the car was parked on a slant on their property with the passengers side on a slight hill and I believe when they parked the car there they caught the bumper. I phoned Liberty Welding on 5-3014 at 11:26am to inform him of the damage and said that he had no idea what I was talking about and accused me of trying to get money from him and then hung up. The damage wasn't there when my mechanic had the car and it wasn't there when I dropped it off. It had to happen while at his facility.Desired Settlement: Repair or replace seperate panel below bottom bumper.
