I am writing to providemore information regarding the service that I performed on the ***stairlift, ***, serial number ***, on 8/13/I am acertified *** dealer and have been selling, installing andservicing their stairlifts for many years
Upon arriving at the***’s home and checking their stairlift, two things wereperfectly apparentOne was that the stairlift was still under the 5year factory warranty for major components (motor,transmission, gear rack, track and pinion gear) and two, that themotor was badThis took me all of minutesI informed ***of this fact and replaced the motor at that timeShe paid me$for the service call/labor, our flat rateI then performed a standard stairlift service and found no other serious issues
Any qualified ***service technician should have been able to provide the same service without difficulty*** told me that another company had beenout before me and were trying to get her to pay for the motor andcharging a ridiculous amount for parts and labor for a part that wasclearly under factory warrantyTheir service call fee, in myopinion, was well, well beyond the industry standard and based uponwhat *** told me about his inability to diagnose the problemand the ridiculous amount of time he was there trying to find outwhat was wrong, indicate to me that he probably did not have ***certification

We spoke yesterday in regards to ** ***s stair lift
repairJust to review, the client was given all pricing up front before our technician even went out on service callThe price paid was actually less than the estimate the client was given over the phone, due to the fact that the batteries were not neededThe client was charged a service call of $100, one hour of diagnosing at $100, and a routine preventative maintenance at $The client was told at time of service that the motor needed to be replaced, but that it was under warranty and they would not be charged for the motor or the installationOur technician is instructed to double check all diagnosed parts with the manufacture technicians by calling into technical support and also a hammer was used to tap the motor to attempt to free it upThese two things made the client feel that our technician did not know what he was doingHowever, the other medical company the client contacted, proceeded with the same repair our technician diagnosedEnclosed our copies of this work order, as well as a previous work order for around the same priceWe will not be issuing a refund to client, due to the fact that everything was handled correctly on our partThank you for your assistance in this matter

In regards to the customers complaint form *** *** ***Liberty Wheels will be refunding the customer in the full amount of $3,The check will be delivered to the customer today ( 10-6-) and the stair lift will be removed
This unit was installed in March of 2014,
the customer had repeated issues with it over the past monthsLiberty Wheels was out to the home multiple times following manufactures warranties and correctionsLiberty Wheels was instructed to add stand feet and shims to track to correct issuesLiberty Wheels offered to upgrade unit for customer.
The manufacture ( *** ) was unable to correct issues in a timely, safe, or customers oriented manorThe manufacture needed to inspect equipment before warranting it, which would cause us to remove the unit and send it back to them, while the customer waitsThe customer is not interested in any *** products
Liberty Wheels has all information pertaining to the customer / issue on filePlease let us know if anything is needed

Dear Sir or Madam:Attached you will find copies of the one invoices that I am disputing payment from liberity wheels.The
technician that came out to my home to repair my stair climber, Rich,
from Liberty Wheels argued with me while he was here and appeared
incompetentInstead of repairing our machine, he proceeded to bang the
equipment with a hammer and charged me $for the privilege and
asked for a paperclipHe also conferred with someone else on the
telephone inquiring how to repair the unit which obviously meant that he
was ill equipped for the repairI asked him to leave my property and
he complied after further argumentHe then harassed me following the
incident by persistently calling my home for days afterward insisting
that I allow him to do the repairI refused to grant him access to my
home given the circumstancesI called his office and reported the
horrendous experience and then reported the company and the deficient
customer service to the Revdex.com.I also spoke with
a representative from * * *** who informed me that Rich was
overcharging me since our unit was still covered under warranty and the
replacement of the motor and transmission should have been freeRich
said that the cost of replacing the motor would be $and the
transmission replacement would be $Rich lied to me, stating that
"Out of the goodness of Bruno's heart, they weren't going to charge me
for the motor replacement." What a crock!I hired another
contractor to complete the job and I am satisfied with the other
contractor and he had to replace a positive battery connector that was
burnt outWhat a difference compared to the trauma I had to endure
dealing with Rich and Liberty Wheels!I recently broke my wrist
and I am in a cast and my blood pressure was at such a high level
dealing with Rich that my nurse demanded that I go to my family doctor
for aid in bringing it back down to and maintaining a healthy
blood pressure levelMy doctor, Dr***, recommended that I avoid
stressful situations until my wrist heals.As you can certainly
understand, this is why I am disputing payment to Liberty WheelsI am
unwilling to pay for the havoc and undesirable service that I received
