I did not authorized them to keep charging my bank account for them to send me product every month
I received an offer to get a home depot coupon by agreeing to receive a test of the product and for me to pay only shipping for the product. now they kept sending the product without my authorization and kept charging my account. I disputed this thru my bank but the bank did not helped at all because this company has my information (sure they wanted me to pay for the shipping only at the begining and how they got my info). Now because the bank disputed this now the company told me they can't help me because the account is marked some how diputed. All I need is my money back and me to return the product that still in package and new.
I can send the product that still new "NEVER OPENED" and they to refund my money

As you see this company is washing their hands with that response... how come they can charged my account and does not know me?. At the same time or at the fraud is the other company that I file a complaint too and that company already agreed to refund my money. this is the email I received from the company refunded my money
