In 2014, Sarkisian Builders built a nearly square foot addition onto our existing year old, field stone foundation, home This also included an oversized car garage at the basement level Pat and Patrick helped us finalize the design based on the ideas and needs we had They were able to help us generate a cost-effective and functional final design Any issues during the build (of which there were few) were handled very quickly and professionally Additional work was always clearly defined for both cost and scope and agreed to in writing The carpenters and sub-contractors on site were trustworthy and very pleasant to have around Pat and/or Patrick were at the site nearly everyday and were always available by phone Pricing was very fair Sarkisian Builders has done some additional work at our home on smaller projects which were outside the scope of the original addition We would not hesitate to recommend Sarkisian Builders or have them back to our home
