Review: I am requesting full refund of deposit made while trying to purchase a 2012 GMC Acadia vehicle the deal was voided and the vehicle was returned to Liccardi Ford. Liccardi Ford then fraudulently document Power of Attorney approximately a month and a half after the vehicle was in their possession and register the vehicle with NY DMV. Liccardi ford then sold the vehicle and refuse to return the NY licence plate and refund my deposit. They have yet to return any of my calls or letters I have written to them. I am requesting charges be filedDesired Settlement: Full refund and damage

$999 internet fee! If you see a car on their website or on the [redacted] website, they add $999 to it. When I asked why, our sales rep said it was a tactic to bring people in & the manager said its to cover their cost for advertising the car online. If they're actually paying $1000 a car to advertise online, they need a new marketing agent!
In addition, although the cars are listed as Certified Pre Owned, the price you see doesn't include that. There is a $695 fee that you have to pay to make it CPO, then that gives you the 7 year 100,000 Powertrain Warranty. That sounds great on paper, but those are the part of the car that never break anyway! It's a complete waste of money.
Our sales rep was new (under 2 months) and very nice, but not experienced. He didn't know what anything was. The manager wasn't willing to work with us on the price. He stuck to the price twice until we started walking out & then tried cutting it down, but still nowhere near the price it was listed online, so we left. We found the exact same car at another dealership about 10mi away for $3000 less. Don't let them pressure you into thinking their prices are fair. They're not. I'm surprised they weren't included in this lawsuit: [redacted]/2014/07/8_[redacted]l
Also, they claim that the internet fee is mentioned on their [redacted] website. I searched all over that website & don't find it anywhere. If its that well hidden, then its useless. Also, they list their cars through the official [redacted] website as well & there is definitely no fee mentioned there either. Its a bait & switch tactic. Bring them in for 1 price & then try to keep them with another. False advertising.
I posted this review on [redacted] & [redacted] It went live on [redacted]immediately. It is not live on [redacted]. Only I can see it. I was contacted by [redacted] & asked if I would remove the review. I said no. The person was nice & said she would respect that, but the review still hasn't posted. I believe they are choosing to not allow negative reviews to be posted. Scam.

Review: on January 25th, 2014 I went to Liccardi Ford Dealership to lease a car. I was trading in my old car which still had a remaining balance of $4,500. When I discussed this with the dealership, they agreed to pay off my car to my bank to release the title and we made a deal. They told me that they would pay off my old car in 1-2 weeks. After 3 weeks, my car was still not paid off and I was receiving calls from my bank for being behind on my payments. When I went back to the dealership, I was told that the car was paid off and they gave me a copy of the statement and check to prove it. That same day they called me and told me that they made a mistake on the contract. Instead of inputting the $4,500 under "pay off" they instead wrote the $4,500 as a "down-payment" on the new car I was leasing. They agreed to fix this mistake by paying off my balance on the old car instead of re-writing the contract. To make me feel more at ease they again provided me with a copy of the pay-off check that they would send to the bank. However, my balance was still not paid off because the bank was again calling me and inquiring about the late payments-I was even told that this will be used against me and my wife's credit for being 30 days late. The third time I visited the dealership, I was told that they would try to pay it off "next week." This is a very frustrating situation for me because not only am I being penalized for this late payment that they agreed to pay off, I am humiliated and inconvenienced by making frequent trips to this dealership.Desired Settlement: Pay off the $4,500 to the bank

Compensation for ruining my credit score

**I have all the necessary paperwork to prove my case

Review: On the 7th. of January 2014 I filed a complaint against Liccardi Ford Lincoln concerning a used car that I bought from them. Your organization forwarded the complaint (#[redacted])to Liccardi Ford Lincoln and I believe they responded back to you with an offer to settle. You then sent me a notice of the offer on the 27th. of January, but it would have arrived the day after I left on a trip to two Central American countries to do volunteer work, which was the 26th. of January. I returned on the morning of February the 19th., and sometime later in the day I checked my email and read the report that stated that you had notified me and given me 10 days to respond, and if I didn't respond, you would consider the case closed. Since I wasn't able to respond because I was out of the country, I decided to try again. I called the dealership on the 27th. of February and left a message asking the salesman to return my call. To date (March 12, 2014) he has not returned my call nor have I heard from anyone else from that dealership. In the past I have called numerous times, but most of the time the calls were not returned. If you need any verification of the trip that I took to Central American, I'll be glad to forward copies of boarding passes, etc. that would be proof of reason that I didn't respond.

I would like to refresh your memory of the initial facts concerning this case. I had contacted this company about the used car that they listed on the internet site and in the process of my conversations with the salesman, I explicitly asked if the car had a clear "car fax", if it had any mechanical issues, major dents, scratches, etc. He assured me that their used vehicles undergo an extensive list of checks before it's placed on the lot, and that it had a clear "car fax". I told him that I was from [redacted] and that I wanted that assurance before I would drive so far to buy it. I have had the problem area repaired and I have the receipts for each item if you would like to have a copy.Desired Settlement: Initially I had asked for $600.00 from the dealership to help with the cost of the repairs and or missing parts. The total expenses for the parts and labor were lower than the original estimate, so I would be willing to settle for $500.00 since my costs were less. The total cost that I have paid to date is $906.07. The problems with the steering are gone and we really like the car, but I don't like the way this company does business. In fact, I believe that the salesman that sold the car to me has quit his job with this company because of this case and others like it. He told me that he simply can't continue to work for a company that operates this way. I firmly believe that they misrepresented the car to me and for that reason I believe that they should also help to share the cost of the repair work that was necessary. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to call me during the day at the number that was provided when I filed this complaint. 3/12/2014 8:13 P.M.

Review: I bought f150 with expectations that 2 weeks in that I would not have a trans issue. My truck jerks at speeds 40 to 60 and 4 wheel high does not work. I was sold a car that had issues that must have been covered upDesired Settlement: I want issues fixed free of charge.

Review: Bought a 2011 pre-owned Ford Edge after turning in my leased Ford Escape. I was given temporary plates until my permanent handicap plates came in and the temporary is to expire Sunday, January 5, 2014. Bought car before Thanksgiving. Didn't hear from the dealership so I called December 31, 2013 to inquire where my plates were? No one knew anything about my plates or the car. So I spoke to the Title agent [redacted] in Title Dept, explained my situation and she stated she didn't know about my situation either. Seems the Finance Manager that we dealt with, [redacted] had our folder with all information and quit the dealership after our sale. So after speaking to [redacted], she then said Quite nasty she has to find our folder and will look into my situation. Not hearing from anyone, I made lots of calls leaving messages for a call back with no call backs. Thursday, January, 2, I got [redacted] who also would look into my situation. My husband and I rode to the dealership to see what we could do since no one was helping us with the temporary plate ready to expire. Result, you have to wait, we are working on it.Jan 3, spoke to [redacted] who lied and said couldn't give us loaner car, they were out, maybe a rental, will call you back. Waited 3 hours, no call so I called and he said, can't do nothing for you, you have to wait. Meanwhile, my temporary plates expire Sunday, January 5. No satisfaction from this auto dealership who puts Customer Satisfaction as their slogan. We have been treated with no respect, no regard and when I said, how can I drive with expired plates, my answer was, if I get a ticket, give it to [redacted], after all, it is not a moving violation. Don't worry about it.I am filing this complaint against this dealership for the aggravation my husband and I are feeling, the apprehension that we might get a ticket until permanent plates come and the disregard of this dealership with their nasty attitudes.Hope you can help, we are at our wits end. Thank you[redacted]Desired Settlement: Look into why plates didn't come yet, how they are allowed to lie to customers and let your bureau and others know how not upfront they are and about their nasty attitude.

Review: I had an issues with a 2013 ford focus so after some battling the put me in a 2016 Ford Fusion. I told them I am moving to [redacted] they told me that I would be able to take my car to any ford dealer for any service needed. They even mailed me the plates to the car to **. I had to bring my car in for service and they told me that I could only have it done at that Ford dealer because of the way they setup the contract. So I have called repeatedly and noone ever returns my phone call or they give me the run around. All I want is what we agreed upon thati canhave my car serviced by any ford dealer without being changed for the things I was promised like my original agreement. Because they would cover my oil change and anything else that had issues with the car.Desired Settlement: Forme to be able to get my car serviced by any Ford dealer without charge. To also be reimbursement of the money I spend on an oil change.

Review: I leased a 2015 ford explorer from liccardi ford on 12/26/2014, I traded in my 2012 [redacted] as part of the sales agreement. My trade had some equity that was used as a down payment but there is also a lien from capital one bank that liccardi agreed to pay off, I provided them with all the payoff and acct information. As of 2/21/2015 liccardi has still not paid off my trade in. I cannot afford to make 2 car payments and the loan on the Ram is now over 30 days past due. This has caused my credit rating to drop and I just received a letter from capital one bank that they intend to repossess the [redacted] if the payments aren't brought up to date or the loan is satisfied in full.

I have made repeated calls to dealer and usually get dumped into a voicemail that has never been answered by the finance dept and twice by [redacted] in sales. 2 weeks ago he told me a check was being mailed out but capital one still hasnt received payment.Desired Settlement: Pay off my trade in as originally agreed and have [redacted] remove negative remark on my credit report
