Awful, awful experience buying from them. After 40+ days post-purchase, my license plates still have not been transferred to the car I bought from them. They will not take responsibility or own their mistake. Their solution was to drive on the expired temporary tag and they would pay my ticket. Wow. This place is very unprofessional.

Review: I purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 from Liccardi Dodge in Green Brook, NJ back in February. I went to their lot to just look at what was on the lot. Before I could even look at anything on the lot, they dragged me into an office. As soon as we got into the office they took my keys and registration to the truck I owned at the time, and would not give them back to us, no matter how much we told them we wanted to leave. They basically forced me to test drive a truck that I didn't want. They wouldn't let me look at the body of the vehicle at all. The worst part, we barely got off the lot and got pulled over by the cops because they said to looked like the truck was stolen. The salesman`s response was "oh this is normal it happens all the time, this is why we make donations to them". I tried multiple times to get basic info about the vehicle to no prevail. I was told my truck would get 26mpg on the highway and I'm lucky if I get 19 on the highway. After being there for 5 hours, we finally gave in just to get out of there. They told me we would do a deal for 72 months and when I went to fill out the paperwork they had 76 months on it I brought it up and they argued and called me a liar. We got the truck home and I started to look it over I found A huge dent in the passenger side of the truck and the tailgate was dented extremely bad.To this day I still do not have my permanent plates and they refuse to give me anymore temporary plates. They explained that this was due a lean on the truck from the previous owner they were not aware of, so they has been a delay with the title. I am unable to use my new truck I bought from them. It now sits in my driveway unused. Every time we call them and try to get an update on the situation they give us the run around and tell us they will call us back and never do. Every time we drive out to the dealer they make us out to be the bad guy and make us feel horrible.Desired Settlement: I would like my plates and would like to never have to deal with them again.
