I hired Licciardello to resurface my kitchen counter tops April 2019. They started to crack in July and he now says he will not stand by his guarantee
Liccardello sent one of his workers (John) to resurface my kitchen counter tops in April 2019. I contacted him in July when the counter tops started to crack and he said he would stand by his guarantee and that he had several other complaints. He said that his worker who did my counter tops ran him out of business in the counter top resurfacing. Now he says that he tried to contact someone to come a repair the job but was unsuccessful and that there is nothing he can do. That leave me with a defective counter top that he should take care of.
He needs to find someone to either repair or redo the countertops. I paid him $1100 to resurface my countertops and he said that he would stand by his product, which he is not. He said he can no longer purchase the materials but I am not sure I believe him. I would like this resolved.
Licciardello Resurfacing is in the process of being dissolved. We had too many issues with the product to the point that we had to shut down. Licciardello Resurfacing is NOT an operating business and it has not been one for months now.
All home owners were made aware that the product we were offering was not a NEW surface. It was a cheaper alternative to replacing the counter top. Unfortunately the product has failed and not been up to par/expectations for the home owners therefore leaving us no choice but to close down the business. We have been in contact with Mrs. G and are doing our best to help her find a resolution.

I will not be satisfied until this issue has been resolved. Mr. Licciadello has responded but the issue has not yet been resolved.

Mr. Licciardello (Rick) has not resolved the issue I contacted a business that was agreeable to Mr. Licciardello to make repairs but the business came and started the repair but the worker said he had to wait on his boss to determine whether to continue to buff it out or put on a new clear coat. When the boss arrived he stated he was unable to make the repairs and accused me of cutting the countertop with a knife. The crack is not even in a straight line. I know I would know if I had cut the countertop with a knife which is not true. The counter top issue started within 3 month of the application with what looked like scratches and then one turned into a crack. There are many other scratches which are also beginning to turn into cracks. Mr. Licciardello agreed to come a look at the problem himself but did not keep his appointment and does not return my phone calls. How can Mr. Licciardello agree with this statement when he has never come to view the issue himself. I tried to work with Mr. Licciardello to resolve the issue at the least expense to him, but I should have just insisted on the refund which he offered but now has refused.
I hired Rick to refinish my bathtub. I waited 3 mos. and then he did not come for the appointment. He sent John a week or so later. It looked o.k. at first, but after a month I noticed bubbles and pinholes in the paint.
Rick told me to call John who answered 2 of my calls, but did not call me back as promised. When I called Rick we set an appointment for him to fix the tub. He changed the appointment and then failed to show up. He said that he forgot!!! He has failed to call me back. This guy has no sense of responsibility.
Contracted 2/08/19 job to be completed 3/12/19 rescheduled 3/19/19 no show. 3/21/19 called and cancelled job sending $337.50 deposit no check 4/5/19.
Contract dated 02/08/19 job to be completed 3/12/19, rescheduled 3/19/19 no show. On 3/21/19 he called and canceled the job and said the $337.50 would be returned. The money as of 04/05/19 has not been returned. First check is in the mail, second time I will bring it to you, then the third time I will be there on 4/4/19 again a no show.
I want the company to return my deposit of $337.50 as soon as possible. They said check in the mail, not so, then twice they said that they would come by and return the money, that did not happen. This deposit was made 02/08/19 and the job was never started, just one excuse after another. I requested money be returned and that has not happened.
I went to the place of business on Saturday 04/06/19 and received my payment in full.
