 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
[redacted]
All this information they have was faxed and emailed by me. For one thing that is not my email address

Review: I was misled to believe that their services costed $350, when in actuality I really paid that price for a "quote" on what their services costed. I basically paid them $350 for them to tell me I had two options, but I needed to pay them $500 or $2000 to proceed with the options.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back that I didn't have to give anyway because if I was told my $350 would get me nothing I wouldn't have proceeded with it.

Business

Response:

Please find my email correspondence with [redacted] dating back to March 12lh 2014 through March 12th 2014. My emails clearly contain the explanation of my service as an investigation. My email also explains that for the fees charged we will provide a game plan that outlines his options to having his suspended driver’s license restored, Through both of his replies he confirmed that he was waiting on the outcome of my investigation and not a resolution to his suspension.
