Licensed to Drive

Very unprofessional and dishonest driving instructor. The location closed and the instructor did not finish the class with my child and would not provide a refund.

What an absolutely horrible experience! Classes canceled/dismissed early with little or no prior notice; the owner would not return phone calls or texts that my husband or I initially sent, but had no problem with contacting our 16 year old son; our son's image was used on the Facebook page to promote the company without prior permission; on the last day of class they spent the entire class period watching the '80's movie "Licensed To Drive"; she has not sent us the certificate showing that my son completed the classwork (I have left several messages, texts, and spoken with her twice requesting the certificate which she promised, along with a refund...); and finally she did NOT fulfill her end of the contract. My son's contract ended on 12/12/16 - we had been trying to get a hold of her since mid-October to schedule drives but could NOT reach her. The business has moved or closed - the store is abandoned and locked up (it's been locked up since the first of December.) This is THE most disorganized, unprofessional, unhelpful place I have ever done business with. 100% dissatisfied!
