Lichtfeld Plumbing continues to deny responsibility for their actions that led to damage to our houseTheir response is an inaccurate representation of the events that occurred and tries to place blame on anything other than their own negligenceIn short, the drain of the shower base they installed leaked water into our kitchen ceiling, wall and basementThey came and tightened the drain and added silicone and the leaking stoppedThere's no other possible explanation for the leakA full accounting of the situation is in the original complaintWe believe they should be held responsible for the damage their faulty work has done to our home
