Licks Custom Cycle

Licks Cycles promised a refund for the amount (plus shipping) of a defective motorcycle helmet. So far I've received 2 worthless checks.1st helmet was purchased from Licks and after 3 months of use the exterior finish turned sticky and yellow. Licks was notified and sent a replacement helmet. The 2nd helmet turned sticky and yellow after 3 months of use as well. Licks requested that 1 of the defective helmets be returned to them for inspection. The helmet was returned at my expense. Licks sent a 3rd helmet. Licks was contacted and agreed to issue a refund. The 3rd helmet was returned unused to Licks in good faith. Several weeks passed. I never received credit for the purchase on my debit card. Licks was contacted. Licks agreed to send a check. A check was received but was issued in the wrong name. Licks was contacted and a second check was received but was not endorsed by the maker. Not once have I been able to speak with a person with this company. All contact has been via voicemail or email. Checks are still in my possession and I have photographs of 1 of the helmets.
