I have used this company in the past, but today I had a bad experienceI was told by a field tech that I had a scheduled appointment for todayI called the office because I haven't received a call from a techWhen I called, the lady that answered stated I didn't have an appointment and they don't schedule from the fieldAnd that has been their policy for years with an attitudeI'm thinking, I should be the one that's upset, not you!
As a customer, we don't know the company's policyI thought that was bad customer serviceShe should have apologized on behalf of the tech and just rescheduled the serviceThis will be the last time I use this company
