I purchased a e gift card online at Lids.com on 09/30/2018 it is now 10/3/2018 and I still have not received the gift card.
I purchased an electronic gift card for my husbands birthday on 09/30/2018 which is his birthday and I still haven't received the gift card. On the website it said that the recipient would get the gift card in 1 hour. I have called them 3 days in a row. They won't give me a refund and keep telling me that check my email in 1-2 hours and should be there. It has be 3 days now and they have told me the same thing and I still have not received. I called today and they told me that it is under manual review. At this point I don't even want the gift card. I am tired of getting the run around this is poor business practices.
I just want my money back.
