Dear Revdex.com, My name is [redacted] and I would like to file an complaint on my water bill dated 06/24/in the amount of $for my home located at [redacted] **, Washington, DC *** I am a U.SGovernment federal employee working for the U.SDepartment of ***, currently assigned overseas On 08/29/2016, I was reviewing my bank statement and saw two deductions come from my bank account for DC Water and Sewer Authority These deductions were for two bills that were charged and automatically paid from my bank account to DC Water and Sewer AuthorityThe first charge on 07/19/in the amount of $and the second on 07/25/in the amount of $Thinking that DC Water had made a mistake, I contacted DC Water Customer Service and spoke to a MrC [redacted] at approximately 11:00am local WDC time in an attempt to clear up the situation I talked to MrC [redacted] about my bill and he informed me that DC Water decided to finally perform an ACTUAL reading o

My water was wrongly turned off for the third time

I would like to file a complaint against the DC Water Authority because my bill has never been this high, its only two of us seniors in the house and our bill is not the amount they have my bill all ways have been around $a month I call and I was told to call back next week on this matter, I have not seen any one come out to read the meter and I was told they do not have to come out, so they can put any amount they want on my bill, please can you check into this matter thank you

I was out of town for one-third of the April bill; however, I was charged more than the previous bill which was questionable I contacted the Authority and was told by the last contact, MsW*** that maybe I increased my consumption before and after I returned to equal an increase They claim that my meter is wrong but do not give me documentation showing the water usage on a daily basisThey keep addressing the fixed charges which are the same which I already understand, like pervious surface, etcI do not have leaks
