Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Their response has information The room was not cleaned properly, as I stated in my first complaint I truly have no interest in what other peoples affairs, as the hotel had to mention with proof of their stay This was not my first time/visit to Lake George or the surrounding area and I do try many different hotels I have come to the conclusion that after finding a woman's unmentionable, my family should have packed up, requested a refund then and left Why would we leave at such a late hour and try to find another room if the hotel was of clean and accommodating? (I have documentation of staying at different hotels during our weekend stay because of not booking early).Apparently, this is not going to be resolved Customer service should be the utmost priority, especially in Lake George Pictures do not lie and neither do other hotel staff that have been conducting business for many years in the surrounding area If a hotel/motel would like to continue on, then it should try serving the public according to what other hotels have in place Thank you for your assistance and please make sure all information is documented for public knowledge
