Review: Added to the complaint in the above I would like to add inappropriate behavior of a customer service personnel. My car was in a roll over accident, and as it was not in my town, I took a local referral to this business. After I picked up the car, in the winter time, and let it mostly sit in a protected area for several months, I got into the car and there was a crack in the windshield, starting from the bottom. They had taken out the window to repair car, there was no previous crack there. Another auto repair shop showed me the chip at the bottom of the window where the crack had started, and it was due to negligence of the people who removed the windshield and replaced it. I then inspected the car more closely, and the rear window which had also been removed and then replaced, had all loose weather sealing that had not been attached, just placed on the window, causing the trunk to get saturated with water and several items to be damaged. When I took the car back to fix the rear window, the body shop man [redacted], came out and I took the windshield wiper and was going to show him where the chip in the front windshied was. [redacted]s boss grabbed the wiper out of my hand and told me I don't need to show it to [redacted]. I was tempted at that time to file a police report as I have some severe and chronic health problems and I didn't need or appreciate someone jerking a part of my car out of my hand, and found his attitude to be threatening. My rear window seal was fixed but they said the front windshield crack was not under their warranty and they refused to fix it. The paint job done on my car is substandard, there are a lot of places that should have been repainted and instead were touched up with a paint pen. None of the gauges on my car were reset, tires were not properly aired up, air conditioner was not checked, and now I have an engine light that will not go off.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for required repairs, which would include a new windshield, cost of a paint job, recharge/repair air conditioner, correction of problem causing engine light indicator to come on. And I would like an apology for the unnecessary bullying and confrontation by [redacted] the head of the body shops boss.

In response to the claims from [redacted], first item I must clarify is that Mrs. [redacted] does not own this vehicle at the time of this claim. Her boyfreind, [redacted] is the present owner and holds title to the vehicle. When the rollover occurred in January, he was the alledged driver of the vehicle and insurance claims went through his insurance.
