Since Wyler Toyota has chosen to not make an attempt to make this right, I decline to ever send my family and friends to this dealership again My Mother and Father In Law just bought their second new Avalon from Wyler on my reference back in early October and they will never buy from Wyler again I have sent dozens upon dozens of people to this dealership to purchase vehicles and also have their service done here over the last plus years I will strongly advocate against anyone stepping foot there again Furthermore, I will make it my mission to advocate how this dealership damages vehicles in their care and then could care less about the consumer My family will leave as many bad reviews as possible in the future against this unethical and crooked dealership

Should have honored the set of new tires for my new month loan on my Corolla that I just bought on 10/26/which has unsafe to drive tires that I must drive on daily due to not getting any customer satisfaction or appreciation.Myself, my entire family, friends, co-workers, church members, my volunteer groups, school classmates, neighbors, gym, hair stylists, all of my social media friends and contacts have been warned not to buy any more Toyotas due to my unsatisfactory experience with Jeff Wyler Service Department and Finance Manager. NONE OF THE ABOVE FRIENDS WILL EVER BUY TOYOTA AGAIN!!! Over a set of new tires to replace a set of unsafe to drive tires when the car was just purchased. YOUR LOSS!!!

While the Dealership respects Mr. [redacted]'s point-of-view regarding this matter, it respectfully disagrees with the facts and circumstances as presented by him. To this end, on March 15, 2014, Mr. [redacted] entered into a 36 month lease for a 2014 Toyota Corolla. On October 26, 2016, Mr. [redacted] came to the Dealership's service department indicating that the vehicle's tire light was on indicating low tire pressure.
