This business has promised on numerous occasions to fix the items that they have brokenThey have never followed throughThe text messages clearly show that they have continually failed to make any effort to fix the items that they brokeItems that they themselves packed for the move and storageI am busy but have been more than accommodating trying to set up a time with them and this business has continually never followed throughI have never signed nor have I ever received any settlement from themI do hold them accountable for the items that they broke and promised to fix but have never done soWhat guarantee do I have that they will actually show up this time and fix the items that they broke? Past history clearly shows that they will notI trusted this company with my move and all they did was break my belongingsI followed their procedure making a claim and so on but got no whereI repeatedly called them and texted them to settle this and got no whereThey have been unprofessional they blame the fact that I am busy yet fail to remember that I have on numerous times tried to get the items fixed or replaced and many of the items are not replaceableSo I ask again what guarantee do I have that they will show up and fix the items ? I spoke with Thomas regarding the claim and he responded that he put a trace on her ladders and we are adjudicating the claim for the other itemsWe have days to respondWe will be handling this directly with the consumer going forward

Needless to say, I had several conversations with Mr. [redacted] about the process and protocol for his move.  Here is the abridged version of the events in this matter.  Liedkie picked up the household goods belongings on 7/14/17 for temporary retention until complete delivery...

information and details could be confirmed.  Once this happened, Liedkie relinquishes the shipment to [redacted] which happened on 7/22/17 without exception.  When this transfer of belongings occurs Liedkie also relinquishes care, control and custody of the goods and no longer has any responsibility or liability.  Liedke doe not have the authority to adjudicate claims or make reimbursements.  This move was tendered under [redacted] federal interstate authority.  Please attached documents.  These are the facts.  Furthermore, I personally gave Mr. [redacted] his [redacted] registration number and confirmed he was in the system.  Mr. [redacted] was never denied access to Liedkie or [redacted] for questions or concerns.  If you need anything further please feel free to contact me directly. Thx,Thomas [redacted]

We have a contract with the apartment complex and have successfully made hundred's of relocation's and maintain an impeccable reputation with the tenants and the complex.  Many of the residents have not been very happy being displaced by the apartment complex's rehabilitation relocation...

Liedkie Moving & Storage, Inc. its managers, movers and packers all treated the customer with respect, care and attention to detail when moving there furniture and belongings. The means of the internal investigation is not made privy to customers.  Much of the information is personal and confidential.  All efforts were attempted to discuss and explain the process to no avail.  Liedkie is officially considering the matter completed.  Thank you for your time.

Liedkie Moving & Storage, Inc. is under no obligation to respond to Revdex.com transmittal's.  However,  Ms. [redacted] is very busy and difficult to connect with to make some repairs.  We have attempted several times by her own admission and texts.  She also was out of town for several weeks in August returning for an appointment to be scheduled not committed or confirmed on 8/21.  Putting all the semantics aside.  If we can schedule a repair during the week during business hours I would set this up.   If not the claim is adjudicated according the limited liability statute which is clearly outlined and defined on Ms. [redacted]'s BOL and OFS.

These are things that are still lost/missing and not repaired items: (my list is from Feb/March 2015)   one extension ladder, yellow accents, claw feet and cross beam attachment...

BIG (I have this padded u-shaped device but no ladder) (I found a photo of my husband w/ladder in background) free standing 12-14 foot ladder, also yellow accents, real quality ladder  two large peg-boards  Trash can w/various items inside for exterior of home, gardening, sifter/screen device, which my father constructed for us, used for soil screening in garden. wood items for making work bench, 2x4's  ie a large brown formica counter top  Roasting Pan w.rack - All-Clad   Broiler pan for oven   4 foot unique Christmas tree w.ornaments attached & lights  Red plastic rake and  black wire leaf rake   closet door mirror   Repairs: dresser has scratch & d[redacted]ge   buffet has scratches, table w/d[redacted]ge  dry-sink nick/dents,  few other items of wood furniture as well  several other nicks & dents,  repairableOne mover guy dropped a flower pot on delivery day    Broken handle on file cabinet which I replaced w/Lowes' drawer-pull   Copied tom t[redacted], in an email, but do so again please, via Revdex.com.  I have received a call, but not talked with tom t[redacted], for his response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10736278, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

We initiated a request for information and received the attached information and are actively working with the customer on a possible resolution.

The move was picked up on 4/6/15 stored and delivered 4/30/15.  No notations were noted at the time of delivery on any of the inventories or bill of lading.  We made contact with the customer several times and it was difficult to arrange appointments around schedules.  We did make...

several calls and conversations surrounding the claim.  Liedkie Moving & Storage, Inc. did not pack any of the personal items and cannot be held responsible for packing damages without packing the items ourselves and knowing the condition prior and if proper packing materials and techniques were used.  We did make an attempt at making repairs and have the mirror in our possession but cannot seem to connect with the customer.  Thus, we adjudicated the claim according to NSTDOT protocol and statute.  The final resolution was a cash reimbursement of $120.00

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  I reject the response and I have proof that they have not made any effort.  The one attempt that they claim was when the person they had sent to fix my items whose name is Dave never showed up. I waited at the house and no one came. I called and texted and I have the text messages from their associate that stated that he forgot and would reschedule. He never did. I again contacted them and got no response. . I can prove that when I responded they never got back to me. There was no cash agreement I have never agreed for a settlement for the items that they broke. I have attempted to get this settled, I even called and made arrangements with Tom at Liedke for someone to come to the house on August 21st and the person never showed. If you need a copy of the messages that prove that they never came and I did make numerous efforts to settle this please let me know.  I can provide them to you. The damages for the items that they broke is over $2,000 dollars.  All I have ever asked is for my items to be fixed and all that I have received from Liedke is no response or the run around.  It has been months and I have been patient.  The manager Tom and I have spoken twice once in person when I brought the damages to his attention at Liedke and another time over the phone when I again asked when my items are being fixed.  After my move as soon as the movers left and I was able to inventory all of the damages I immediately followed their procedure for filing a claim. They sent one person to the house Dave to look at everything and we made arrangements to fix the items. I have not seem him since and I never heard from them again. I am attaching a Microsoft word document with text messages that prove that I have tried numerous times to get them to fix my items. All of these are on my phone  that I show as proof .  Regards, [redacted]
