Lieske Waterproofing

We first used Lieske when a micro-burst rain storm caused our window wells to fail and had a waterfall coming through the basement window Lieske dug down to the foundation, put in new drainage, new window wells and window well covers The drainage ran all the way down our yard to the city drain At first we could not believe that our lawn would look the same However, by the end of the day, all the lawn was put back in place and not a single lump of dirt could be seen We have not had water from the windows since then
Several years later, a foundation crack appeared on the opposite wall In addition, our ejection pit had failed for about the 4th time The plumber we had been using insisted that no back up existed for it We called Lieske They came out and fixed the crack and installed a back up system for our ejection pit We have not had anymore water in our basement
I highly recommend them I would also say, if you plan to finish your basement, have Lieske waterproof it before any construction work is initiated
