Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me After taking some time to deliberate, I have decided to consult with my family on the matterI am a young adult that is still financially dependent on themI requested a physical bill several weeks ago through the mailMy kin are willing to help me cover the full amount in my stead if neededThey feel that even with the disputed expenses, the amount won't be too difficult to cover, and that it is to petty to be worth arguing over through further meansAs of current, we are still awaiting the arrival of this billThis was my first dental experience in a number of years, let alone as a young adultWe feel that there was misconmunication, with perhaps some ignorance and inexperience coming into play on my endWith that said though, this was still a stressful experienceMy family felt I was still taken advantage of through the standard protocol, and that it can't exactly be taken back, or our trust mendedI would perhaps reccomend a change, so other patients don't get caught up in similar confusion later on Regards, [redacted]

Please accept this communication as an official response to a complaint filed to the Better BusinessBureau against LiF Dental dated December 28th, by Ms*** ***LiF Dental prides itself inhigh quality of care, and transparent communication to our patientsMs*** was seen by our
officeon North Forest in November of The initial appointment was for a cleaning and comprehensiveexaminationDuring this appointment, our clinical staff documented that the Doctor's examination ofMs*** revealed the need for the extraction of a baby tooth, along with necessary fillings.Extraction of said tooth and fillings to the adjacent teeth were discussed with Ms***, and a sameday appointment was offeredOur records indicate that Ms*** agreed to have the work done.While in the Doctor chair, as is our standard policy and procedure for any major treatment, an informedconsent form for the extraction was presented and signedMs*** was awake and alert for theentire treatmentAs is industry standard, an informed consent form is not presented to a particularpatient when considering fillingsOur Doctor performed the treatment that was openly discussed duringthe Doctor examAt the end of the appointment, Ms*** did not stop at the front desk to discussor execute any patient co pays and abruptly left the facility.LiF Dental followed standard operating procedures on all treatment performed on Ms***Inaddition, we have made several attempts to contact Ms*** to resolve this matter amicablyMs.*** has not returned our repeated callsLiF Dental is concerned over the negative andinflammatory comments published on Social Media by Ms*** regarding her patient experiencewith our organizationWe consider this situation extremely sensitive and seriousDur entireorganization has been working towards a resolution to meet both Ms***'s happiness, and ourdesire to maintain our positive reputation in the community.We ask that Ms*** give us a call at *** to discuss this matter and work toward amicableresolution.JJ***Senior Vice President

As of current, we are still awaiting the arrival of this bill. This was my first dental experience in a number of years, let alone as a young adult. We feel that there was misconmunication, with perhaps some ignorance and inexperience coming into play on my end. With that said though, this was still a stressful experience. My family felt I was still taken advantage of through the standard protocol, and that it can't exactly be taken back, or our trust mended.
