We have communicated with the customer and have addressed all of his issuesHe stated that he would like to withdraw his complaintI will make sure he contacts you to do soHe did not allow us to address his issues and once they were brought to my attention, yesterday, we complied with his complaint and fixed the issues to his satisfaction

The complaint is for Life Affordable Auto Sales. Also I spoke with Michelle over at Life Affordable last week via text message. All I want is my $400 dollars back that I put down for this and they can have this car back. Its costing me to much money to keep having people look at it and getting it fixed. I had to purchase a Car Fax Report from a 3rd party because they never showed me one. Furthermore after reviewing the Car Fax report it was determined that this car sustained Front End damage from an Auto accident from the previous owner. Which I believe is the reason why im still to this day am having problems with my front end after Life affordable has attempted to try to fix it by a not certified mechanic that is not certified. If this car would have been repaired and diagnostic right the 1st time by a licensed certified mechanic than there would be no problem.

To whom it may concern on January 2 2017 [redacted] and [redacted] came in to the dealership in search of a vehicle. Upon completion of a credit application [redacted] was approved for a vehicle loan provided that [redacted] Co-Signed due her credit score. The approval was explained to both...

customers and they agreed on the terms given to them from [redacted] Corporation. Customer then went through the approval process an signed a legal and binding contract with [redacted] Corp. The customers then took Delivery of the vehicle and completed the financing process with [redacted] Corp. After completing Five months of Payments with [redacted] Corp. The Co -Signer  contacted the dealership ( Life Affordable Auto Sales ) and stated he was unhappy with the purchase price and down payment of the vehicle  that he Co-signed for. The Co-Signer was informed that he was given a contract to review at the time of purchase which he signed and agreed to. After numerous phone conversations from the Co-Signer we advised to contact the Finance Company ( [redacted] Corp ). After the Co-Signer threatened  to do damage to the Dealership and its Employees  communication discontinued. If any more information is needed [redacted] Corp. can be reached at ###-###-####.

the dealership daily with a different issue before she was required to do the deal she took the car out for a test drive she had the  choice if she wanted to go forward with the deal at that time where it was explained that the car was sold ( As Is ) and she signed off on that paper work. We corrected the problems that she had a issue with. [redacted] had the car for 3 days on the 3rd day [redacted] comes into the dealership and requested her money back and that she wanted to resend the deal back so at that time I called the finance company and explained to them what she wanted to do. At this time we issued her a refund of her money that she put down which was 1200.00 it was explained to her in the beginning that if she was to return the car at anytime or change her mind about the deal that a 250.00 doc fee will be held and its also posted in 3 different spots inside  the lot and reads as follows. All refunds are subject to a Subtraction of 250.00 ( Doc Fee ) from all deposits and down payments and we also told her verbally about the refund policy. We refunded [redacted] A total Of 950.00 And that minus the subtraction fee of the $250.00 doc fee. If u have any more Questions please free to give me a call at ###-###-####.
